This business has been very uncooperative with our community, the ******************* Condominiums for years. Every day, at least 4 to 5 days a week, they open up this gym at 4 am. They not only open up when we are sleeping, but they also blast music causing people to have disturbance in their sleep, and they do this 2 times a day..Mostly at 4:30 to 9 or 10 am and they often resume at times about 5 or 6 pm on the same days. I have had to call the city of ************************* on them multiple times for the disturbance and their disruptive behavior also not in compliance with the city's ordinance. They consistently disturb the community. I want to know why they feel they are "better than an average person, or business" to be able "act so rude to the commun ity right across from them? They leave their back door open and that's how we hear the sound of the loud music. I suffer from migraines and cluster headaches. Our community has rights to be able to have silence and not be disturbed at a very urealistic time of the morning. This behavior needs to stop
