I reached out to Country Wide Auto Insurance representative Reem **** regarding a claim I made with the insurance company. I pay my insurance every single month and do not owe them any money. However, Reem **** that the insurance will send out a check so that I will be able to pay for my car thats in the mechanic shop. ********* and Country Wide Insurance took months to send me the check and when I finally receive the check the check has a lot of issues with it. The check can't go into my account so that I can deposit. The check bounced, when I reach out to Reem **** about this check issue she told me that I will need to call ******* and ask them how they can endorse the check. I need to mail the check to them. I mail the check and everything that TD ********* told me to send but TD ********* is saying that they require the insurance estimate. The customer service representative for TD Auto Finance *********************| is saying they need the insurance estimate. When I reach out to Reem **** via email using the email I was provided she is ignoring all my emails and I need the insurance estimate so that I can receive my endorsed check through the mail because this issue is taking too long to resolve its been over 5 months and I need my endorsed check.Initial Complaint

I had an accident that involved one of country wide insurer on August 24th. Their driver was 100 % at fault, he crashed into my drivers side bumper and did extensive damage due to him driving a commercial truck. I called country wide and theyve been giving me the run arounds, first they sent me and estimate for $5700, then now theyre saying that they will only pay half of the estimate and that they sent out a proposal. I never received a proposal and every time I call, they hang up or have me on hold for hours, when I do get on to someone they place me on hold again. Theyre scams. They dont want to pay for the damages. my vehicle is sitting here because its not operable and thats my only vehicle. I have to take taxis to and from work everyday, which they dont reimburse. Im tired and dont know what else to do. The person that is responsible for my claim is *******************************. She is very rude and wont answer the phone for weeks, when I do get a hold of her, shes nasty and her attitude stinks. Country wide should not be in business anyone. Scams!
