Im a dog sitter and met a girl ******* *** I started sitting for a lot. ******* was paying me for my services and frequently needed sitting. She told me she was working at units injection spa and offered to give me free ***** instead of payment for dog sitting. I agreed to exchange services for equal value of dog sitting and *****. As time went on she needed more dog sitting and it was not equal to the value of the ***** or the sitting I was asked to do, and I saw they offered laser hair removal. I asked ******* if I could get free laser hair removal in exchange for the dog sitting she requested several dates into the future for and that I had already completed and she agreed to exchange services again. ******* stated the value of the services I was asking for was 1500 and I would work that off in sitting for her at a rate of 35 dollars a day. She performed laser on me 3 times and left significant ***** all over my legs which has caused hyper pigmentation. She told me to come with unshaven legs and long leg hair which is incorrect and the cause of the ***** as youre supposed to shave 24 hours before being lasered which I later found out. She did not know what she was doing and her boss Lavaya *** owns the spa didnt get in contact with me or help me with my ***** until I told ******* that I demanded Lavaya call me. Lavaya called me and she offered to get me creams for my ***** and said she was consulting her doctor *** oversees her spa. I never saw anything proving she talked to anyone. She bought the creams for me and the scabs went away which revealed that I have discoloration all over my legs from the ***** which she originally said she would pay for me to get microneedling elsewhere to fix it and now is saying her medical doctor told her it would fix itself and is refusing to offer me any more help. I asked her for 2000 to get treatment elsewhere and shes refusing to help me. I have no proof shes talked to any ** and I want the money so I can get treatment.

We have since resolved the matter. I appreciate Jessicas patience and Understanding and I am happy she was willing to work with me on getting this settled.
