      I purchased two fire pits from Modfire in February and I still dont have them. The owner refuses to get in touch with me despite my complaints and refuses to give me a refund.

      On 06-01-2022 We ordered and paid for an Astrofire firepit from Modfire. We did not choose the color we wanted until our construction was complete which was this spring. We contacted Modfire on 04-22-2024 with the color we chose, and they told us we should receive our firepit in four to six weeks. This would have been between 05-20-24 and 06-03-24. We have attempted to contact Modfire to see when our firepit was shipped and to obtain a tracking number. We have left numerous messages, and they are not returning our calls.

      I purchased a modfire fire pit on January 13th, 2024. I paid $199 for shipping as part of the original transaction. I received a letter from the shipping company that says the shipper didn't pay for the freight charges and now I am being charged $311 for the shipping fees. The seller is not responding to my emails to get an explanation of when they will pay the charges.

      Potential fraudulent activity - several unpaid freight invoices, but when his customers were contacted for payment, we were told that they had already paid Modfire for shipping charges. Reason to believe company is fraudulently representing invoices will be paid and charging their clients for the service, then pocketing the money and not paying for the shipping. Very unethical.

      I purchased a firepit cover for my firepit in December 2021. I have been trying to get it delivered since then. I have been told repeatedly by the business that it will ship. Nothing has shipped. I have contacted the owner by email. No response. I have been strung along continuously for years, and it is finally clear that they took my money and never intended to provide anything. Reading on this website how many other people have had the same thing done to them, I have serious doubts that this is even a legitimate business.

      Seller sent a poor product and also didn't send a part of the order, said they would replace and also issue a check for a refund on the part of the order that wasn't sent, have repeatedly tried to follow-up but have not gotten any response.

      Ordered SolFire fireplace and Modfire fireplace cover and remitted payment of $1774.00 on 9/22/2022 . Can produce multiple emails reaching out to manufacturer about status of order. Either I get a delivery date that comes and goes with no product delivered or I get no response at all. The owners name is *******************************.

      I ordered a fit pit with a cover in June 2022, for $1385. The order was delayed and the business continually lied about the status of the order, for several weeks in a row. I had to contact the owner MULTIPLE times months after the order to finally get it partially shipped in November 2022. I received the firepit but not the cover that I ordered along with it ($350 USD). I was told the cover would ship mid-December. It is now February 2023 and the business is ignoring my attempts to contact them regarding the second half of my order.

      Placed an online order for a cloth cover for an outdoor fireplace in September for $340. There was no indication that any delay would occur. Since the transaction, I've sent 5 emails and placed 2 phone calls. One email was responded to with a nebulous "we'll get you a shipping date" which was never followed up on. One phone call was answered and a new promised delivery date 6 weeks into the future was placed.
