I paid $4,229.32 for products that have not shipped. I have called many times asking Dirty Bird when my products will ship just to be given a different excuse every time. Parts out for crome, parts at ************ and parts will not arrive until February... 7 months after my order was placed. After 5 months of waiting ( December 2023) I asked for a refund. Again I called multiple times asking for a refund and I still haven't received one because " the office manager isn't in today ".

I have personally spoke to ******* and worked out an agreeance with him for this order. Unfortunately it did take way longer than expected for our manufacturers to come through, but since it was brought to my attention today, I am making it a top priority.
