Refuse to honor the maintenance package I bought with a vehicle prior allowable maintanance schedule due date to schedule mantenance.Business response

************ had a ** Maintenance Plan on his car which he purchased at another dealer and came into our store in the middle of December right around the 14th. His plan expired on November 25, he was shown this and called ** ************* while at the store. He proceeded to ask the writer if we would honor the service (which was his ****** mile service) we declined. All maintenance claims are made through the ** Warranty system and because of time would have been declined by ** and absorbed by the store.
It is the customers responsibility to watch for these expiration dates not ours .. We regularly send out reminders to our customers who purchased cars from us I am not sure what or who Mr. ***** selling dealer is or what they do. On a side note Mr. Chen just had the service done at another store on 12/24/2021.
