I had an emergency with one of my showers (it wouldn't turn off !!) I shutoff all the water inb the house and called Deer Valley. They arranged for service in about 3 hours. The plumber started to replace a cartridge in the shower valve, but it was stuck with calcium and very difficult to remove. He worked on it until he managed to remove all of the old valve parts. Replacing it with a new cartridge correct all the problems. I am very impressed with the professionalism of the plumber and his ongoing explanation of the problems involved.

***** arrived at my home on August 5th to respond to a service call regarding a leak in my front yard. He arrived on time and conducted himself in a very professional manner. He was knowledgeable, and gave my husband and I options for our situation. Since the job required digging on the property, ***** explained that he would not be able to start work that day because Blue Stake is required to come out and **** the utilities prior to job start. My husband and I agreed that work would start on Monday, August 8th at 8:00 am, provided Blue Stake had marked the property. ***** left and ELM Services arrived shortly thereafter to **** the propertys utilities.***** and his Apprentice arrived at exactly 8:00 am on Monday, August 8th and got right to work. They worked very well together and were able to resolve the issue with the main water line leak. Again, ***** and his Apprentice conducted themselves in a very professional manner the entire day. My husband and I checked on them several times throughout the day, as it was very hot and humid. We were very pleased with the work and with the care and consideration that ***** and his Apprentice took in restoring our property back to its original state.On August 17th, ***** visited our home once again to conduct a whole home inspection. Again, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He conducted a thorough inspection of our home and was able to provide information and resolutions for our particular needs in a clear and concise manner.***** Wo is a very well-rounded, articulate, professional, knowledgeable young man and should be recognized as such. Deer Valley Plumbing is very fortunate to have a person of his caliber on the team and I would like to ensure that he, as well as his Apprentice, receive this recognition.

Worst experience I've ever had with plumbing company or contractor. Was quoted that job would take 1-2 weeks ended up taking over a month. Was misled and lied to about insurance covering portions of the work so I would agree to work. Company also misled me and lied about pricing and after complaining to management no resolve or solution. I had concrete work done with repair and the first attempt to repour the new concrete it looked unprofessional and straight wrong. The ********************* at Deer Valley had nothing but excuses for everything and never offered any solution or compensation for our poor service. We had to have additional work done inside by Deer Valley Plumbing during the first repair and believe they over charged us to make up for their losses for having to redo work. I will not be recommending this company to ay friends or family, and also don't use any of their recommended vendors such as Eco Dry or RMJ construction. Both companies are just as terrible. I hope this reaches someone who cares.
