      Terrible customer service experience. We put down a deposit for carpet and scheduled an install day. The day of install no one called or showed up, we called the sales *** that came out and he said they ordered the wrong carpet but to talk to the install manager. We called the install manager who after about 3 hours of trying to get in contact with told us they did not order our carpet and the order was never placed for us. We ended up canceling our install after getting different stories and lied to by someone and never being told about what is going on or when we can be resheduled. To get a refund you have to talk to their customer service manager who is suppose to call in ***** hours, I never got a call and it has been 3 weeks. It is a good thing I put the deposit on a credit card so I could dispute it with my bank because trying to deal with express flooring is a nightmare.

      Express Flooring did a n expert and wonderful job installing our new laminate wood floors. It was done in a very timely manner with no problems. It has been 5 months since it was installed and all floors look great. I would highly recommend this company for all of your flooring needs.

      Xpress swing was great! I submitted an inquiry on a Sunday afternoon thinking Id hear back from them on Monday. I got a call within an hour asking me when I wanted to set up my consultation. It was set up for two days later. We had a great meeting and got to look at lots of samples.We were given several different options and had the installation scheduled for a week later. This process was so fast and so easy. They completed upstairs and downstairs in one day and it looks amazing.

      Very poor workmanship. There is a gap in my bathroom flooring so large that my pinky fits. The baseboards have a gap between them and the floor. It's bad enough that it visible. I wish I could leave pictures. I've tried to reach them with no results, and the complaint line they left in social media is disconnected. Also, they leave so much dust when they pull up your old tile that i literally had respiratory problems for weeks.

      This whole experience has been nothing but frustration and a total joke! ******** customer service and communication. I did carpet in the bedrooms and vinyl plank flooring in my family room. When we set the installation date for Friday, I specifically said the carpet needs to be done on Friday as I work from home and had the day off and that I must be able to work from home Saturday morning. They said it wouldnt be a problem and carpet would be done first. Friday came and nobody called me between 7 to 11am like they said with a window for the installation. I called and got a recording someone would get back to me. Around noon someone finally called and said my window was 10 to 12 and they would find out the *** of the installers. Was told an hour which was two hours when they finally showed with NO carpet! They said they were here to install the vinyl flooring and carpet would be done Saturday. I called and stressed how I needed carpet installed Friday as promised due to working from home Saturday and my house was torn up and no bedding on the beds that we had to sleep on Friday night when we shouldve been able to put the bedrooms back together. Nobody cared or apologized and I was told they couldnt get anyone out until Saturday. They came Saturday to install the carpet and lied to the installers saying we had no furniture to move which we had a lot. The installers put my sectional back but did not connect it. 6 days later Im still waiting a call back to see about the next steps to have my furniture connected and put back the way it was when they arrived. I also have a case open to see about compensation for the whole situation which Ive heard nothing. I wish I had never done business with this joke of a company and now Im stuck with a loan for it. I called again Thursday and was told a message was sent so theyd see it first thing in the morning. Two days later not a word. Save your time and major frustration and dont do business with them!!

      I had reached out to Express Flooring in July to come out and give us a quote to have some flooring done. We were happy with the choices we made for the flooring we chose. When the transition strip was installed, there was glue on our vinyl floor and there were gaps in the transition strip, the strip did not match the color of our flooring. We have contacted them several times via phone, texts and emails. I was told someone would get back to us. We contacted the corporate office and was told they would contact someone in ********* to reach out to us. Someone contacted me on the first of October and asked us to send pictures, which we did. No one has contacted us as of today. All we want is to get our floor corrected and finished. This is bad business and bad customer service. Here we are approaching the holidays and our floor looks bad.
