I wanted to end my subscription with this business so I followed their cancelation request instructions on their website. I requested that my subscription be canceled from this business through the app telegram which is where the business operates, and they ignored my messages and continued to post messages on their message board, so I resent my request through telegram again and through email. My messages were continuously ignored. The next day I woke up and saw I was charged by the merchant and that my messages had been deleted by the merchant which seemed like a move delete evidence. I then sent another request for cancellation and they ignored my messages until I told them I would have to report them to PayPal and the BBB, which they responded saying because I threatened them I would have to figure out how to cancel it on my own and that they were blocking me. The merchant then proceeded to block me on telegram and remove me from their service, even after having charged me for the service. The service charge was $19.99 and this occurred on 1/18/22. Dozens of people on separate occasions have told me this merchant has done this to them, take their money and then block them from the service. I think this business needs to be throughly investigated and monitored so that other unsuspecting customers do not fall victim to this business. Thank you.
