Excellent company! Would absolutely recommend to family and friends!! A+++ Service. Their office staff is incredible, they kep us updated on the entire process of inspection, ordering our window, when the window was received and setting us an appt for installation. Then **** and ***** gave me a 30 min courtesy call ahead, which was so much appreciated! They arrived in their expected window time, cleaned up their mess, was so polite and professional, answered all my questions. They went above and beyond with their service. Thank you Desert King Windows and thank you **** and *****!! We love our window and appreciate every single detail of making sure it looks perfect! Way to go!Review from Ryan R

We did our research on several companies and were impressed with *****' presentation and information specifically about Anlin window products for our high temps and benefits remove and replace vs. retrofit. Finally **** and ***** ********* install, professionalism and quality job was superior. Do your research it's worth the investment with Desert King !Review from Barbara S

I moved into a house with Desert King windows, I needed instructions on removing screens and glass so I could clean the track etc. ****** came with a bright attitude, how -to instructions, he watched and made suggestions as I did it myself. Very gentlemanly removing his hat and opening doors. He was patient, kind and funny! Spoke highly of his company and gave me tips on keeping my windows maintained. Genuinely cared about their product! I wish all service people were like that!Review from Erin E

We had been saving for several years to replace the single pane, original windows in our house. We shopped around to find the best prices. When ******** came to show us what they offer, he was so kind and not pushy at all, which we really appriciated. He answered any questions we had. We were impressed by the companys outstanding communication in scheduling the measuring and then the installation dates. We knew exactly what to expect. ***** and **** were our installers and they did an amazing job keeping everything clean and contained. They were SO fast! We really couldn't be happier with our new windows and with this company! We highly reccomend them.Review from Michelle D

We shopped around and Desert King Windows was referred to us by a friend. Our windows were installed by **** and *************************. They did a great job. We had 8 windows installed (replaced 8 windows) that have been installed in the house since 1982, 42 years old; by Desert King on July 1st and 2nd, 2024. We were highly impressed by *********************** (our Desert King ********************** installer). **** was very thorough (complete with regard to every detail; not superficial or partial) in his work, he was patient and answered all my questions. He did exactly what I asked of him, which was mainly for me to see the steps of him installing the windows and take photos of the steps of installation. I am a very detailed professional who wants to see and record all the steps of the work we have done on our home. **** was just the right guy to work with. He too was very professional, helpful and kind, and he went the extra mile when I asked him to add more caulk, or replace a screen I thought was too loose, and other items as well. Highly recommend **** and his assistant. ********************************************
