The make us pay 750 per month to share a room. Some locations has up to 6 people in one room. Three bunk beds in those rooms. They call it program fees, but offer us no programs. When asked about it they refuse to answer. If we are a week late on (program fees) which is just rent. They threaten. If they find out I'm writing this they will try and violate my probation or kick me out. They intimate us because of our background. They know it's hard for a *** offender to get a place of their own so they exploit us. Needs immediate investigation. Will be copying this whole thing for proof of filing report

*************************** is a *** offender who came to us the day he was release from prison. Just by being on the internet and having an email address he is in violation of his lifetime probation. He was housed with us without any payment up front. He was expected to pay his arrears as soon as he was able. He was served a pay or quit notice last month because he chose to use his money elsewhere instead of paying his rent. It is called program fees because this is a housing program, and his fees include utilities and room and board. Never once has he contacted the office about this. His only time contacting the office about anything was to make a report that the ** had stopped working. While program maintenance was notified, an independent contractor was also called to fix the issue. They found that the residents of that particular unit had removed the filter to the ** unit and allowed the ** unit to freeze and caused damage to the run capacitor. This was promptly fixed, and since he didnt state this, this was not a complaint, but shows how prompt the program is. Upon his arrival, *************************** was housed at this current location, which is an apartment of 3 units of two bedrooms. *************************** shares his bedroom with one other person, although we could easily house 3 per room according to state licensing. There are four people including ******* in the unit, again there could be 6. He was placed at this unit without any payment upfront. *************************** has not lived at any other property that 2 Luv1 Another has. He is making claims about 6 people in a single room and such without any factual proof. He is correct when he states that *** offenders have limited options. If you actually read his complaint there are generalities. He is not specific in anything. If *************************** investigates h*** find that a studio apartment in ******* averages $1,085 and a one bedroom averages $1,347, yet he is complaining about paying $750. He is welcome to find housing elsewhere.
