I recently purchased a Wingmaster 870 on 12/05/22 order #*****. The product I received was not the one in the picture. I delt with a nice customer service employee named ****. I was refunded $50 and a $100 coupon code toward next purchase. I then bought a Taurus P3C, order number ****** on 01/26/23 only to find out that the order was canceled by the vendor the following week, this rendered the coupon code inactive. I emailed and called customer service and they reactivated the coupon code. I then purchased a Taurus GX4 order #****** on 02/01/23. I day later I checked the order status and again it was canceled and once again the coupon code for $100 is inactive. I have called several times to follow up and nobody answers the line. I think at this time the best course of action would be to simply refund the $100 to my credit card.Business response

This complaint does not appear to be related to our business. We called the complaining party and received the following email response. We do not offer discount codes or promo codes and do not know who the complaining party is doing a transaction with as we have no records for them. Please remove this from our profile as it does not relate to us.

I apologize for this inconvenience! I tried giving you a call yesterday and thought Id send a follow up email as well.
I am trying to gather as much information as possible about the guns that you have been trying to purchase. Can you please let me know what dealer you are trying to have your guns shipped to? Are you ordering through Gallery of Guns (our consumer based website)?
