I enrolled in a course with a specific payment plan that was supposed to end in 4 months. However, the course continued for an additional 6 months without my consent. I reached out to ***********************, the owner, regarding the issue of the recurring payments and he failed to take action, continuing to charge my card for an extra 2 months. Despite numerous attempts to contact him via text and email, his only response was a promise to call me back while he was on vacation, but he subsequently ignored all further attempts to reach him. This deliberate disregard for me as a customer suggests that he has an ulterior motive of keeping my money that rightfully belongs to me. He currently owes me $1250. Furthermore, the content provided in the course falls far short of what was promised. It can be effectively covered in a brief 45-minute conversation. It is evident that this is a deceptive scheme designed to defraud unsuspecting individuals.Initial Complaint

I was a client for several months and they use auto billing via PayPal to charge you. I cancelled my coaching service at the end of August 21 with the expectation I would still be billed for September. I was billed for October, November and December for a total of $507. I emailed and asked that my auto billing be stopped and for a refund. It took several attempts with no response but in December I was contacted and billing was halted. An attempt to refund my PayPal was made one time. Unfortunately it had to be approved due to my PayPal not being set up to receive payments. The money was returned to the business that same day and was never put into my account. I have since emailed several times explaining this and have had ZERO response. I just want them to resend it now that my account is set up to receive or write me a check. I have asked this specifically multiple times. My emails have been ignored. I am still owed $507. I just want my money back.
