I purchased a motor from Hi5autoparts on June 18th which they *** had ******miles on it. I paid 6200 to have it installed and cchang sveraal parts I should not have had to do on this purchase. They took a month to send me a second motor which I had a compression test done which indicated the motor was no good. Also all injectors covered in metealic paste indicating the motor was no good. They want me to ship the motor back and see if it its standards. I do not trust them to deal with them anymore. I would like a refund they want bad motor back they can pay for it. I am out ****** and have no motor going on 4 months. ** **** ***** ************Initial Complaint

I bought a used motor on May 15 and delivered to *************** in Osawastomie KS on the 23. I called Hi5 Auto Parts in ********** ******* to ask them to extend the warranty which was 30 days and we was right at the end of it. They said they would ask the shipping team about it on about the 19th of June and I had to call them the next week because they didn't call me or or email me and they said no. I told them K&T will not exchange the motor till probably about the warranty was up and still said no! ** from K&T changed the motor out about the 26 or so and said the motor was noisy and something is wrong and was asking me how many miles on it. I called Hi5 Auto Parts and talked to ****** and told him it was bad and noisy and he wanted to help on this matter. He want a document and video clip what the motor was doing and K&T sent it to them. ****** said in the document that it was stating a cam sensor was bad and warranty doesn't cover that and it's past warranty deadline they were not going to help or doing anything. I want my money back please.Customer response

I've reached a resolution with Hi5 Auto Parts on the bad engine. Can you send a closed complaint number to **** at the emails in this screenshot please.The refund amount is $1000. Thanks and hopefully this to ********* BBB
