  This company did not finish the job that they were contracted to do, and so I refused to complete payment (I already paid 50%). Although they admitted to me on the phone that they didn't complete the job they were contracted to do, they swore under oath that they had in order to put a lien on my house. I will repeat, they knowingly lied under oath in order to put a lien on my house to get money for doing work that they did not do. This company is despicable.

  RESTORATION BUILDERS OF *******, ****************************************************************************. WAS CONTRACTED: PAYMENT AND CONTRACT SIGNED JUNE 14, 2022; PERMIT DATED JUNE 27, 2022. PROJECT CONSISTED: ROOF, GUTTERS, SIDING, & SHUTTERS. SIDING DAMAGED AND COMING LOOSE FROM HIGH WINDS ( TEXTED WITH PHOTOS JUNE 25, 2023-NO REPAIRS TODATE). SHUTTERS (SHORT AND 4 SETS NOT INSTALLED), WRAPPING (WINDOWS AND DOORS NOT COMPLETED, NOT PROFESSIONAL. REPACEMENT OF METERS AND CABLES WITH MANY PROBLEMS, SAGGING CABLES, METERS CROOKED. GARAGE TRIM CLOSE TO ROOF LOOSE AND BENT. WE HAVE TRIED CALLING, TEXTED, EMAILS NUMEROUSE TIMES. I was told it would be taken care of while I was out with my wife's surgery. Then I come back to find it still hasn't been and have been ******. I'm about to leave because of s*** like this: it's beyond ridiculous that it hasn't gotten taken care of. They are going to hear from me every day until it does!."
