Contract is a complete scam. I had been warned by others so was very careful and very clear that I did not want the personal training service. I declined, that is when a personal trainer (??) who was listening stepped in to offer two free sessions to see if I liked it. I declined, again refused the service and fees and moved on. As I was told by other former members, sure enough, the recurring $280 payments began to be billed and withdrawn on my payment method on file. I spoke with the personal training manager (good luck actually catching him at the facility) and was assured it was a mistake and that the service would be canceled and money refunded. They have now billed/withdrawn $1120 ($280X4) without my signing up for the service. EoS doesn't appear to follow through when making corrections. They are now doing the same thing to my daughter (family account). They offered her personal training sessions, at $19 per session as a student price. They said nothing to her of a recurring fee, much less that it is $280 recurring. They have now billed and deducted from her account $560 (*******. She is a college student and cannot afford to be ripped off at this pace.We have had to contact our banks, had to cancel payment methods (debit cards) and change a lot of accounts simply because of EoS fitness. Terrible business practice in my humble opinion.Review from B P S

The staff is very aggressive and not professional at all. From the moment I signed up to the moment I wanted to leave it was nonstop, harassment, and unprofessionalism. When I signed up originally, they told me that it would only cost a certain amount and as I signed each paper, they added a fee on so that my initial sign-up for free ended up costing $60. Two weeks into the contract they charge it annual fee of $49 Making it a grand total of $109 upfront for a Free to start Account. They charged a $25 service free for the payment. When I called to clarify the situation, the customer service front desk *** was very rude and hung up on my face. The absolute worst way to treat someone who is a patron and your business.Review from Champal M

I strongly advise against signing up for a trainer membership at ***. My experience has been incredibly frustrating. Despite canceling my membership as per the contract, they continued to charge me. The process for cancellation is misleading; they state that it must be done online, yet when I called, I was told I needed to come in person. When I arrived, I was left waiting for hours while staff members ignored me. Please learn from my mistake and avoid EOS. It's not worth the hassle or the money.Review from juanita g

If there were no stars, I would leave that. Signed up for their training programs, Contract signed up for four months. The four months ended; I placed a cancellation because they continued to charge on my bank account after the contract that I signed up for. This is outright THEFT. In August, they stole (because that is what it is when I terminated a contract; or their lack of honesty, the contract SHOULD HAVE automatically ended by ***). In August they took out from my bank account $980 - this is theft. In September they deducted another $280 - this again is theft.October, again the $280 - THEFT (I contacted my bank for this fraudulent charge, and they refunded me the $280)I am now out $1,260.00. I personally spoke with two separate managers at the *****, **** facility, i was told that the training contract would end at the four-month ***** it did not. After numerous talking to other employees, nothing. I emailed the Manager of the facility, ***** ********, to help guide me into taking care of this theft of matter. Emailed on November 2, 2024, no reply. Sent another email on November 5, 2024, again no reply. November 6, 2024, I received a reply of "I am not seeing any charges for personal training in October, the last charge was 08/13/2024. I do see stretch on your account though, is that what you're referring to?". I replied I will be in the gym to discuss this, amazing how people have no self-respect for their actions to honest people. Their stretch manager is amazing, ******, he kindly emailed me when my stretch contract ended, didn't receive that for training. I will reach out to corporate since the manager elects not to help in any way for the charges; he never did mention all of the overcharges, dismissed me altogether. I will report to Better Business ******, Yelp, and whatever else platforms I can report to. Thieves, fraud, lies - sad.Review from Sina G

I wanted to tour the facility as part of my gympass membership, i was asked to sign papers for waiver etc and the marketing person took my credit card saying they need it on file and made me sign. After 3 months i noticed i was being billed by gympass and eos , which was not explained to me , i called in to cancel my dual billing and they say its all in paper, i have signed for it. The sign up and marketing process is shady an i want to make people aware of such shady businesses. I have lost more than $150 so far due to dual billing and shady marketing., and they are not willing tp refund.Review from Jeremiah T

I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the cleanliness and maintenance issues at *** located at ********** and the 60. As a member, I have noticed several serious problems that detract from the overall experience and hygiene standards of the facility. Firstly, the showers are consistently unclean and emit a very putrid odor. This raises significant concerns about sanitation and overall hygiene. Moreover, I have observed a severe infestation of flying insects in the shower area, which poses additional health risks to members. I have complained about the bugs for almost a year now to the Operations Manager ***** ******???? and nothing has been done. I have a video of them that I believe corporate would be absolutely disgusted by. I believe that maintaining a clean and safe environment is essential for the well-being of all gym members. I urge you to address these issues promptly to ensure a more pleasant and hygienic experience for everyone.Review from Angela L

Don't join this gym unless you want to get scammed. When signing up, they say you can pause your membership at any time for any reason. This is false. I tried several times to pause my membership in person and over the phone, and they either gave me some excuse or said that their manager is on break and will call me back (they never did). Several of my friends have also tried pausing their memberships, unsuccessfully. So we all just gave up and ended up paying for the services even when we were not using them for months. On top of their unethical business practices, the quality of the gym is pretty bad. The locker room floors are always full of water, the bathrooms smell disgusting, the ** doesn't work, and half of the cardio machines are broken. The parking garage is always full and a nightmare to navigate because it's so small and busy with people constantly trying to get in and out. I would not recommend this gym to anyone.Review from Connie A

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! It's a huge scam, i signed up me and my ************************************************ for two separate accounts. I been being charged for 2 annual fees, and 2 monthly fees and thought I was on a family plan. I called and talked to several employees asking for a refund, which I never got! Not to much staff at the facility was calling my phone trying to demand my banking information. Forget trying to cancel your account they make you register for a new account, and then send an email. The Better Business Bureau should really look into this place, there is fraud here.
