I was called on a Saturday to be told that my order for breast imaging was canceled by my doctor. She sais she would hold my spot and give me time to contact my doctor. Monday the doctor's office said they never canceled the order. When I called Simon med they said your appointment was filled. It took a long time to get them to decide to fit me in the schedule ******** the facility, the tech did the ultrasound of and the axillary lymph node area. Repeated calls for results of these test have been met with the statement "it was never done". The doctor's manager and myself spent countless hours trying to get through to *********** and half months later still not response, they have no email and only a receptionist that all calls go to who accomplishes nothing.

Call Center in ******* HORRIBLE! Just trying to schedule and got hung up on over and over. Gave ALL inform to one individual and then hung up on to call back and have to give ALL to a completely different ******. When I said I was going to call the location direct it was a no...no...no.The second ****** was a man and was extremely condescending..... and completely inept. I hung up!! Should be fired!Go somewhere else.

Horrible! Had 6:45 am appointment today. Front desk person was late. Ignored me when I walked in. Finally, front desk person says, "What's your name?" Not good morning. Not may I halep you. Front desk person then says, "We don't do that test here." WHAT?? SimonMed scheduled the appointment with the doctor's order in hand explaining the testing procedures in detail. Front desk person again says, "We don't do that test here." No apology. No offer to reschedule at another location. Horrible, horrible customer service along with extreme incompetency. Again, appointment time was 6:45 AM. Wasted over an hour of my time.

Terrible just trying to make a $10 payment. Didn't want to do it on-line so called 4 different numbers and it was as if I were in the twilight zone caught in a never ending transfer nightmare. Finally reached a human in ******** and asked for an address to send my payment, which was a PO Box in *****. Have decided to walk-in to the location I received my imaging. Will never do anything with SimonMed again. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

HORRIBLE!!!!HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! STAY AWAY!!!! SCHEDULING A NIGHTMARE.. SIMON MED A NIGHTMARE AND MGR. ******* IS INCOMPETENT, UNPROFESSIONAL AND COMPLETELY INEPT! WORKER NAMED FAITH W/PINK HAIR IS RUDE, SMIRKING &LAUGHING , HUMILIATING AND INSULTING TO MY WIFE AND I. THEY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED BY THE MEDICAL BOARD AND HAVE THEIR LICENSE REVOKED!!!!!

Did not provide upfront prices, told me it was covered by my insurance. It was not. Would not take payments. Forced me into a billing through imaginepay. Upcharged for payment plan. The canceled payment plan. Started new payment plan with upcharge again, through no fault of my own. Horrible experience, terrible customer service unethical billing practices in my opinion.

I was burned from the mri. My face, lip , tongue upper arm with large blisters. Medical gown was not given. I had no medal on me. I want answers as to how I could be so burned

I have had very unpleasant experiences with SimonMed, across all three locations in **********. I booked my annual mammogram appointment with their facility on *********** in *************, they canceled my appointment when I checked in. The reason was their machine was broken down. And I rescheduled for the following week, but again it was canceled an hour before my appointment. And I finally got the mammogram done in the ********* facility a week later. The radiologist sent out a report, asking for prior reports and images for comparison. I brought my reports and images I had from 2012 - 2015 from a different facility (totally 11 different testing and reports) to SimonMed to have them upload. Two days later, I got a phone call from SimonMed to ask me to schedule a diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound. I asked the scheduler to look into my file to see if the radiologist has reviewed my past reports and images or not before he/she recommended a diagnostic mammogram. I was told that they only had one report and image from the past. And I have to go over the same process again - go in their facility to drop off all my reports and the ** with all the images, while there is a chance that the staff don't bother to upload them correctly. I can't believe such unprofessional and incompetent behaviors happen in the healthcare system these days.

I was referred to Simon Med Imaging by two chiropractors who are good colleagues of mine. I presented myself as a doctor inquiring about the costs of imaging related to various body parts, i.e. low back elbow etc., which insurances they accept and what the cost would be if a patient paid out of pocket. The person(s) I spoke with had difficulty understanding my question and when finally one operator acknowledged the clarity of my inquiry, I was left hanging on the phone for more than twenty minutes before I had to hang up. The lack of professionalism, inability to have information readily available for doctors and their patients, was well as their organizational disarray, prevents me from considering referring any patient to there facility. Their competency cannot be trusted.

Terrible experience today with Simon med Imaging, we drove 45 min to ********* location for a full body MRI scan, myself and my husband and found out we werent scheduled! Wanted to file a phone complaint, passed from one worker to another, request to speak with a manager they hang up on me! Very professional Simon med!Done with this healthcare provider! Not even one star
