Was very excited to use this service back in Dec 2023 for a broken car door window. Mechanic accessed the problem and agreed to come back and repair once the parts I ordered arrived. I paid $120 up front on 12/23/23 that would go towards to total repair cost once the repair was complete. I texted and contacted this business over 14 times to complete the repair over the course of 7 days. They never kept their word when they coordinated with me on a time to repair (no showed me 5 times over the 7 days), was inconsistent and undependable in regards to communicating with me, and kept my $120 without completing the repair we agreed upon. In looking up this business's reviews on-line, many others have had this very same problem and express that this business does not finish the job they were hired to do. I would like my money returned.
