Lots or cracks in sidewalks and driveway. Poor maintenance task assignment. No security as one or the other gate is frequently open and the on site cameras were removed. Crime on site has risen and residents are not informed. Poor insulation in some buildings leading to indoor flooding when hard freeze. A lot of damage done to trees and bldgs during June 21 storm causing hazard zones and tree branches still dropping. Child play area is very small. Comparable properties around have more sq footage, more shelf and cabinet space, pantry space. Bathroom here is a bit bigger than one complex around here. Not as big walk in closet as some around here. Bug problems. Poor drainage in areas. This community used to be so nice and maintenance addressed most issues. Office staff went out of their way to accommodate residents as well as address complaints. Fairly. Since new mgmt, rent went up $100 at once with late notice despite repeated attempts to find out what new lease amount would be, and so much more I could say. Faux granite counters are thin cheap plastic like material that does not look good after some cleaning. Our bldg was never weatherized and has rotting wood (like dirty looking sawdust) and gutter torn out by storm. Cheap vinyl siding. Appliance's don't work right, but replacement with a stove or dishwasher taken from a move out is gross. Can be roach ridden. Pool area had chairs/umbrellas, tables removed, A few benches were removed. People are moving out while bugs are moving in.
