Hired this company to redo our shower back in August 2022 and signed a contract and paid half the payment. I keep texting and calling both my representative and the company to get our shower replacement scheduled and they gave me the direct number for scheduling and no one answered. I would just like to get our shower scheduled and completed. I will never use this company again. I used them 4 or 5 years ago to replace my counter tops and had a much better experience which is why I used them for this project, but I am getting discouraged and disappointedReview from Marjorie H

We recently had Granite Transformations update our counters, island and add backsplash in the kitchen. From our design consultant, **** who was such a big help with questions and expert advice to the installers and plumber that made our kitchen look fantastic, a huge thanks. Quality product, professional and courteous employees make Granite Transformations a company we would refer to anyone.Review from Willie N

WTF?I believe that there is a scam in play, here in ***********. We gave them 50% down and after 14 weeks we cant get anyone to call us back ordered research our progress. There in breach of contract as of now. And where the h*** is their office here in ***********?Review from lindsay p

We have been waiting on Granite formations for over 4 months now. They have cancled several times and they continue to not return our phone calls. I have requested a refund or I will be contacting my Attorney and still no response from them. I hope that filling this complaint will prevent someone else from dealing with the same problem.Review from Candace S

I recently had granite transformations update my kitchen countertops and backsplash and I cannot say enough with how pleased I am with this company. They did a wonderful job and my kitchen looks beautiful and I am so happy I went with this company! From the sales rep to the installers they were all very professional and knew what they were doing. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
