      I got a flat tire, and contacted what I thought was AAA (I have a membership and can get a tire change for free).When the service person arrived, I asked if he was AAA and was assured he was (twice). If he had been honest, and informed me he was not AAA I would have refused service and accepted a $45 cancellation fee.When I tried to discuss the erroneous $199 charge in my card with AAA I couldnt find it. Because the person was not from AAA. I have attempted to dispute this with the company to no avail. I was only able to find the company through attempting to dissipate the charge through my credit card company.

      On 3/16/24, I made a request with Drive Roadside for a roadside emergency at 8:28pm. The company reported that the service request would be handled within 90 minutes, so they could get a service provider out there. My sister was stuck on the side of the road in ********** from around 7pm so I called to have them come pick her up and bring her vehicle. The first vehicle did not show up for 4 hours (around 12:30am on March 17th). They were not able to complete the request as they did not have the right. equipment available to tow the vehicle. They continued to send multiple vehicles to the same location to complete the service but non could get the vehicle towed. They were not able to complete the service until the next morning around 9:30am. They had also sent me a receipt saying the service was complete at 12:28am which was not true. Because the service took approximately ************************************************** her car on the street while she received multiple false service updates, I believe we are entitled to a full refund as the service was not performed in anywhere near a reasonable period of time and the loss of time and the discomfort of sleeping in the car because the service updates were not correct, forcing her to wait with the vehicle overnight on a dark lit street. I made an attempt to explain this to the business but they said because the companies they contract out with did not have the right equipment, they cannot issue a refund to us. I request a full refund from the company and would appreciate the Bureau's assistant with this.

      On April 4, 2023, a roadside assistance was placed by myself to "Road Side Assistance" to assist me in replenishing my gas tank, which had a broken fuel gage. The call for assistance was placed at 9:12AM EST. The transaction was secured on-line via their web-site, with assurance that one of their representatives would be in contact and be at my location within 1, one, hour. No representatives from RoadSide Assistance showed up within the 60 minutes they guaranteed, instead they called to inform me they had no drivers available within the 60 minutes, then after 129 minutes they called to say their driver was "lost".A roadside ranger, who came by twice while waiting on these clueless fools, brought me gas.

      I recieved roadside assistance on 2-3-23 fopr a flat tire. my insurance was unable to get anyone to contatc me or answer there request. so i whent online a submitted my own request with the intent of getting a reciept. i was unable to get one at the time the service was completed. the service contacted me from phone # ************ at 14:35 15:10, and again at 16:35. Finally i recieved some assistance and was on my way. i tried to contact them on the following day and was told they would charge my insurance. my insurance was never charged and i was instead. all i am looking for is a recept for this service so i may get reimbursed from them. i tried looking on line for there contact number and have had no luck.****

      I had needed road side assistance and I went to their website and filed out a form of what I needed they charged me 170$ after I had cancelled that I needed help because I didnt know it was going to be so expensive and I had a friend come and help me fix it. They have yet to answer a email to give me a customer support number for a refund of my money. I never received any help from them. They didnt even come to the address and we know this because we where outside working on the car when they had apparently arrived and I would like to get my money back. Because thats a decent bit of money for nothing at all.

      I was charged 129,00 for a service i didn't receive, I was left stranded on the interstate in 90-degree heat with a flat tire 12 miles from a big city, I called them 15 times to get my tire fixed I sat there for 41/2 hours waiting for service. Finally, I called the ************ and they had someone there in 20 minutes to fix my tire. I have tried to contact them for a refund. They have given me the run around since July. Different phone numbers that lead me to a life alert to people telling me to contact them they could do nothing to computer generated responses, all in all I just want a refund of 129,00 for a service I didn't receive. Your help would be so appreciated. Thank you, ***********************,

      Found "DRIVE | Roadside" when we got a flat tire on the *********** and googled the closest towing service to assist. We paid the $136 up front and waited..... and waited.... and waited.... 1 hour in we called and asked for an ETA and we were told by the person on the phone that the order was just dispatched to a tow truck..... 3 hours later we finally see the towing service pop up on the apps status message so we called them only to find out they sent a refusal back to Drive Roadside saying they couldn't get anyone out and that Drive Roadside should have called and let us know 3 hours ago. I immediately cancelled the request and hired another towing service who got there in 20 minutes. when we called drive roadside to get a refund we were told that we needed to call drive roadside to get a refund. the customer service we encountered was the worst ive ever had in my life. i want my 136 dollars back and i want an explanation from the *** or owner of this joke of a company as to why we were given false information and why we were denied a refund for a service we CLEARLY never received.
