The car was dropped off on 6-7-23 due to turning over too slow during starting. They called and said that it needed a new alternator. The kept it all day. When we got the car, the slow turnover of the engine was still present. We came back a few days later for the same issue and this time they said that it was the battery. This after charging $683 and really marking up (about 100%) the remanufactured alternator. I ended up having to get a new battery as well. They did not do the proper battery testing as they should have when we brought it in and took the lazy way out and just installed an expensive alternator. The manager said that they couldn't test the battery because it was too low and wouldn't take a charge. That right there was the problem, they didn't notice as most novices would have that it was a battery issue. They will do nothing to correct their mistake. The manager tried spinning the situation and basically insulted my intelligence. I told him that he was going to lose good customers from years back! He did not seem to care and did not apologize. He didn't even seem to care that there were other customers in the waiting area at the time. They also charged me $51.39 for shop supplies that was not explained.
