What a fantastic and classy organization! I had to come here for an emergency visit with unbearable pain in a molar. I knew I needed a root canal right away. Turns out it was worse and a broken molar that was infected.I was currently here in ******* on a work trip. They took me in on a couple hour notice, removed the broken tooth. As someone who is also in very long term recovery from alcohol, they respected me and did not force me to have any nitrous or anything else that would threaten my sobriety.I would highly recommend this group for not only accommodating emergency appointments but even going so far to respect peoples stance on what they can take for pain.

FIRST, I just read the previous review and was shocked to see some familiarity.The first time I went to this office the Doctor came out and told the receptionist to put the phone and come here. He then proceeded to scold the receptionist in the hall way for ALL to hear. Theres lots of echo in the hall way, so nothing was silent. He kept telling her in an upset manner, **. It happy with you right now. I was so uncomfortable sitting in the lobby with other patients and couldnt believe he didnt take her some place private to have this discussion. It went on for about 3 minutes.Also, they too did tons of xrays. They did a basic X-ray, then the doctor ordered up more, and when I came back for another visit a week later they did multiple X-rays again on the same area. They said, well things can change. And they repeated the same X-ray about three more times, probably to improve the quality, I dont know. But it seemed excessive to me Also, during the week, I contacted them 4 times on 4 separate days, and asked if the doctor can tell me what to do about the pain or if I need an antibiotic and NOT ONCE did they call me back. When I went in for the second visit the doctor told them to give me an antibiotic. While with the front desk paying, they went over what pharmacy to send my prescription too and said it would be ready by the evening. I went to my pharmacy and they never called it in. And now their office is closed for three days.I am convinced that the first persons review of this doctor, as far as his yelling and telling him he needs a deep clean, is accurate.

I made an appointment to get a regular teeth cleaning at Premier Dentistry, They said last visit they would SUGGEST I get a deep cleaning at $300 quadrant to the tune of $1,200. I only have one molar with a deeper pocket of a 4, the rest are about average or below for a 70 year old man. I only have 2 cavities and had 1 root canal, so I have a good mouth without a lot of problems. To be fair, I was late for my appointment by 30 minutes. They said come on in anyway. When I got there I was told they would be doing deep clean not a regular cleaning. I didn't agree to that. They sat me in the room as I was told they needed x-rays. I waited for over 45 minutes. The Dr came in and was in an irate mood and shouted at me to get out of his office that he wouldn't work on me. He was so loud and irate that his next patient was waiting in the waiting and was shocked by his behavior. I started to explain when this dentist stood in my face and I thought he was going to punch me Totally unacceptable behavior, I left without incident and will never go back. Sometimes it is a matter of affordability and not a necessity, I had his dental hygienist work on m twice before and the second time she did not even check the depth of any of my teeth. So how would they know how bad it was if she didn't check? She hurriedly cleaned my teeth and did a poor job at that. I posted my story on Nextdoor and quite quite a lot of responses. I didn't know this dentist had treated some other people the same way and most everyone had suggested I report him to the BBB and/or the ****************** in AZ. I have no reason to lie. I just wanted my teeth cleaned and could maybe do this at a later date if I felt it was necessary, I figured you should know about this incident in case you have already received other complaints.
