      On 01/20/2023 at ****************************************************************************************** I purchased an item for $49. I gave the store clerk a $100 bill. She checked it to make sure it was real My change was $49 and some change. She handed the money folded and didnt think to look at it or count it. I get in my car and drive to the gas station next to it to get gas. I went to pay and noticed before i handed the gas clerk that the two $20 bills where fake , counterfiet . So I called the the store and ask for manager . She got on and listen to me and the first thing that came out of her mouth was not an apology . So I explained that Ill be back in and with the police. I called the police and was waiting for them. I walked into store and handed the clerk the money and she looks at it and says that not only do they match other bills in the register but they where aware of them being fake. A customer earlier had paid with them and she was in process of pulling up servalience video to give to the police. The manager never did provide an actual photoage of that incident but the fact that the manager was ok with giving out fake money so the register didnt come up short. while I was waiting I ask the manager for a refund and was denied. I can exchange and for the money I had to contact corporate to get it back. i ask if i could get store credit instead because i wanted to be done with the whole situation and told no. *** made police report and have a report#. ive contacted corpate and left a voicemail . A gentleman contacted me saying he was a market manager and was upset with the situation. He said i was getting $500 in store credit . So I gave him my mailing address ect to receive it. I havent gotten anything and the phone number that the market manager called me on is disconnected now. Im completely upset and have been robbed . I feel that this is not an accident and that these employees have been doing this for a long time. I want to be refunded & store credit market manager # ************

      We are aware of this situation. The customer has already been contacted by one of our district managers. It has been communicated to the customer that we will be refunding her the $40. In regards to the marketing person who contacted her this is not someone employed by our company. We do not have any men in our corporate office nor is the phone number provided one of our numbers. We are based in ******* and have 480/602 phone numbers. 

      Someone will be reaching out Monday 2/6 in regards to how the $40 refund will be handled.

      I have not been in the business. I am also a licensed lawyer in *******. This business sells *** aids, clothing,and other items to aid people in their sexuality. I went there to purchase some door prizes for a Bachelors party a week away. With the assistance of an employee she helped me pick out some of the items which were for the men at the party and the bachelor. Some were spoof or joke items others were **** underware and a couple were mens vibrators. Total spent was approx $258. During check out the employee asked me if I wanted to have her check the operation of the three that were electronic. I said do some not work usually she said noI have never had one not work. I said I'll check them when I get home. I declined the extra waranty.. There were quite a few items that covered the counter. She put them in bags and I left. When I got home I checked all items and one ******** did not work. I returned to take it back to get a different one. She said she had to check with her manager. The manager said we cannot take back anything except clothing. She then pointed out a small small sign on the counter that said "Refund and Exchange Policy" highlighted in blue. Below that in smaller print it said "all sales final no refunds" further down and not highlighted it said to the effect that they could only exchange clothing. She refused to allow me an exchange that the employee offered to test the items before I left. No one said anything about no exchanges and the testing appeared to be for my convience and not because of no returns. The manager lied when she said i was advised there were no exchanges from the employee. There were other more conspicuous signs about haloween items, but nowhere was it clearly posted absolutely no exchanges. They then stated that it was on the receipt. That was put in the bag just before I left the store and I would not see it until I got home. I told her who looks at the receipt when your leaving and its in the bag.

      Date of transaction 11/01/2022 2:23PM at Fascinations your romance superstore. When I arrived, asked a customer service person for a there p**** pump. The young later manager called her over then they both went to the back of the store. She brought back manufacture Renegade Man Up Pump model NSNN-******. I purchased the product for $66.99 plus tax. Later that evening I notice the bottom of the box was tour loaded 2 AAA batteries then attempted to turn it on. The device did not turn on. I tried different batteries and it still failed to turn on. The following day, I went back to Fascinations with the intent to exchange the device. The manager of the store stated they have a no return policy however all I wanted was an exchange for a working device. They refused to do that and suggested I return it to the manufacture for an exchange. I strongly believe they purposely sold me a defected device. I feel I'm probably not the first they have done this too. I want it to be know that if anyone purchase an item from Fascinations to make them open the package and test it before purchase. Secondly, their customer service *****. They could easily return the item to the merchant and replace it at no out of pocket to Fascinations.

      ******** part 2 As of 8 of September the Fascinations web sight does not work at all. After about 2 seconds of starting the sight a new company's logo comes on and block the sight. This logo can not be removed so you can not see there web sight. I used there sight to find new products and coupons. I also used the sight for questions and answers. Without the sight Fascinations is no longer competitive and it is cheaper to go to the other stores and I shall. The fact that Fascinations does not answer my calls and email is because they are going out of business. This activity is how business act when they are about to fold.I am not sure if it is only me or is it a state wide problem. If it is me I would like to know the reason why I am blocked out.

      I would like to know what I am in trouble for.Part 1 I have tried to get the news letter to down load. Have tried for 4 months with no luck. Using my email address the web page will not respond.Part 2 The web sight I use with my email has removed the icons that let you go to the questions and answers. I can not get to questions and answers section with out them. It changed after I asked three questions. If I use a different email then the icons are back. But it does not work for me because I can not get my questions and answers under a different email. Part 3 I have tried to call customer support and only get the recording. I called every day and left a message. This has gone on for four months and six days. Never a single return call. I also tried there email and no response after fifty or more tries.This constent ignoring just shows that there is some one who set up a wall to keep me from contacting them.I have done some thing in there eyes that got me in trouble. What I would to see. # 1. I would like to know what I am accused of.# 2. Would like to get the news letter and there web sight fixed.

      i ordered a Bluetooth item from this company for $100 for my wife for valentines day! came on valentines day, tried connecting the device to our phones. Would not connect and could not locate the Bluetooth item! contacted the company support right away. 2 days go by and heard nothing. got to reading the warranty policy on the website and contacted the company via email. finally get a response with a list of trouble shooting tips and tricks that we already tried. The company wont full-fill their warranty agreement (which i also have a screenshot of) and tried pawning the issue off on the supplier due to an "app issue" i contacted the company that handles the app and they in fact said there is no app issues it is a defective toy! i have their email stating its a toy issue and not an app issue. yet the company i purchased this off of refuses to respond to me or send a replacement!
