This team did a super professional job when our house flooded. They arrived quickly, set a plan in place and keep us informed through out the scope of the job. Every employee was neat, clear, and respectful of us and our property. I would use them again in a heartbeat should we have another flood.Review from Michael L

I was incredibly impressed with McGrath Builders. They delivered prompt service and high quality work. Everyone I worked with from the estimator, Project Manager and field work was very professional and easy to engage with. They delivered a timeline early to me in the process and actually completed the work in less time than expected. McGrath Builders exceeded our expectations. From the time **** came to do a survey of what needed to be done and he was meticulous and thorough with his bid. Then ***** came to do the work and did an outstanding job. The project manager ***** was on top of everything to see it through. They were all so pleasant to work with. This was our first experience with a leak in the house involving Sheetrock etc and we didnt know what to expect. These guys made it easy. Thank you McGrath Builders.Review from Darius T

When our plumbing backed up and caused a major flood in our kitchen, McGrath Builders came in with our Insurance Adjuster and fixed our home and told our Insurance Adjuster everything that needed to be done to remediate and fix the issues that happened in our home. McGrath Builders fixed our home back to "better" than what we had before our unfortunate flood. McGrath Builders, gave us a timeline for our repairs and finished everything as scheduled and there were no unforeseen surprises. We would highly recommend McGrath Builders if you are in need of any emergent repairs or considering a remodel. They were ******************* and told us everything that was going to happen and when. They were there when they were supposed to be and our project was completed on time. Thank you McGrath Builders, especially *****************************, ***************************, and ****** (Cabinet Magician) for fixing our home. McGrath Builders especially the project manager ***** did great job on handling my recent water damage mitigation and restoration work. Throughout the project, ***** ensured timely and effective communication with me on the status and what to expect in next steps . He is very knowledgeable and patient. He answered all of my questions in a clear way even with suggestions. He ensured end to end work coverage and truly gave me a worry free experience, which was very critical for me. McGrath Builders are absolutely first-rate, top-notch, and truly exceptional!! Experiencing a flood and the damage left behind in one's home is quite stressful. Selecting McGrath Builders to repair the damage was a great choice on my part. I knew after meeting **** and *******, who arrived to assess the damage, that I was placing my home in great hands. They thoroughly examined the damage and thoroughly guided me through every aspect of the repair job. Once I met *****, my repair project manager, I was reminded again, that McGrath Builders was the best choice! ***** always went above and beyond. His open communication, strategic scheduling to work around my needs, and friendly attitude helped everything run so smoothly. The repair crew members were amazing as well. Absolutely amazing work! We had to redo our floors along with other things this month due to some water damage and McGrath Builders were amazing. Great communication the entire time, very responsive to our messages. ***** was always there to answer any questions we had, very polite and helpful. The work was top notch. McGrath Builders did a excellent job on bathroom leak in my home. ***** provided great communication through out the process. Everyone was always polite and completed the job as planned. My favorite part was the end because the cleaning service did a wonderful job above and beyond my expectations.
