Due to my hectic work schedule (I work 2 jobs) I contacted the business less than 48 hours after receiving services and sent the following message:Hi this is ******. My appointment was on March 10th at 5:30pm. My phone number is ************.As you see, my gel nails discolored within 24 hours of service. Also, it was interesting that the final step of using alcohol to wipe away the stickiness from applying gel was skipped.Instead, oil was applied. I believe Your product is bad. I have a very busy schedule and leave the country for vacation in 1 day, so have no time for a redo. Please refund the cost of my gel nails.Thank you.The company provided the following reply:Oh no it looks like the gel polish faded out ! Would she like to come in for a complementary fix and a new gel polish color , so sorry this happen !Hello ****** , I am so sorry about your experience with us , unfortunately we have a no refunds policy, if you happen to find time to come in for a fix we are more then happy to fix them .I am rejecting the companys offer for a redo based upon my limited scheduling availability to get this done prior to my vacation departure on a week-long trip outside of the country. Also, I have zero confidence in their ability to provide good product and service-as they completely misapplied the gel polish according to OPIs gel polish application process; which makes me believe they are mixing their own hazardous chemicals creating their own unique version of a so called gel nail polish! I have received this service (gel nail polish) for over a decade now as a patron at a variety of high-end, luxury nail salons (The Four Seasons, Nordstrom Spa, ****************** (**) as well as local neighborhood nail salons (*****************************, ********, **) and in each and every incident the application process has been the same. Knowing the way in which they have cut corners, created health risks and liabilities they should HASTILY refund me!

I visited lacquer nails on 12/11/21 and had my nails done and before I had even left the salon I had to go back in so that they could clean up the acrylic around and underneath my nails. When I got home I noticed that a layer of gel must not have been dried completely because all of my nails were peeling and bubbling on the left hand. I came back on 12/13/21 to have my nails fixed getting a new style in hopes that the poor job on my nails would appear better. There was chipping all around the bottom of my acrylic.I paid extra to have them fix and change this. Initial total was $60 I believe, and I had paid $40 on card. Then I paid an extra $15 on 12/13 for them to fix and change the initial set. The following days I had to get my nails completely removed and re-done somewhere else (where even they had mentioned that the previous job was terrible) because my nails were not functional getting caught in everything due to the chipping.I called lacquer nails and requested even a partial refund for what I had paid with card and they refused, stating that they do not provide refunds, but that they could give me 20% off for my next service. I let them know that I will not be coming in for another service as I already had to come back for a fix that wasnt sufficient. I was told that the manager would reach out to me and it has been two weeks and I have not heard from the manager about a refund.
