On March 23, I went in to have my taxes finalized to be sent off. I had an arranged appointment with ****** to go over cost/charges breakdown. ****** (owner) is who decided to take me because ****** was not there. After politely asking for cost breakdown, ****** abruptly started cursing at me and used foul language such as the * word multiple times. He refused to give me breakdown of charges in store.On March 25, I called and spoke to **** (manager) and said I will not be doing business because of how I was treated in store. She told me they are still going to charge me because of a client service agreement. I went in store on March 29 to pick up my documents. **** and ***** were in store. They gave me my documents. ***** printed a copy of my client service agreement I signed and gave it to me. **** sneakily grabbed the form after I had already signed paperwork stating they "released" all documents to me. I walked out, realized the document ***** had printed off for me was missing and went back to the store. They locked me out during business hours for NO reason because they knew they swiped that paper. **** called ****** and made me out to be a predator by saying she was fearful and scared of me when I had done nothing. They have cameras to prove it. I called the police to have them obtain my missing document which they did and then left.That same night of the 29th the business sent me an email with invoices charging me almost 3 the amount they tried to charge me in store for no longer doing business with them. They through the client agreement in my face and said I will be charged interest on top of the astronomical charge. I am going to be seeking a counselor for the emotional distress this entire experience has caused me from being belittled and sworn at in store for no reason and the predator **** and ***** made me out to be the day I picked up my paperwork. I have never been treated this way in my life.
