On January 25th I paid the Shop money for parts and to start labor on my head gasket and timing chain. We both shook on the fact that i will pay the rest of the amount when the work is finished to ensure confirmation of the job. I was told my car should be up and running by the 1st. After a few days i stopped by to see my car wasnt even started which confused me due to our agreed arrangement. (I had came to this shop before and experienced the same issue involving dishonesty with their time frame. I understand things happen.. but there was absolutely NO COMMUNICATION and i have proof of daily check *** on my car.) I ended up getting the number to the direct mechanic who was working on my car. It is now the 9th of February, a WEEK after my car was supposed to be done. Instead of updating me on my car information, I received very uncomfortable messages expressing interest in me from this person... Now being a young female, not knowing anything about cars or how to fix one... this scared me ! Not only did they take my money, make me feel extremely uncomfortable, THEY NEVER FINISHED! I made a final resolution to receive my car by MONDAY THE 14th. Only to have my number blocked and be told i will have a protection order against myself for expressing my frustration and asking for my money back. I am now still without a car, less money than i started with to fix my car, i have been taken advantage of TWICE from this company.Business response

Debras vehicle has never been at my facility. She originally chose to have a side job done by one of the techs which has nothing to do with me or my business. The agreement between her and the tech was that she would pay him $300 cash for the labor and she would pay for all parts needed. The tech started working on her vehicle and took it apart in 2021 and had to wait on her time and time again to have money to pay for part to proceed. He asked if he could use our machine shop contact to have her cylinder head resurfaced and she would come in and pay for that before she could pick up the cylinder head here. We agreed. She did not show up to pay for the money I fronted my machine shop for months. She finally came in to pay me the $180 the machine shop charged me in January 25, 2022. She ran her card for only $330.00 of which $180 was for the valve job and $150 deposit for the techs labor because after checking her banks account balance she did not have enough to pay him the full $300 she promised to. Also she was suppose to come in and pay cash, which she did not have therefore I allowed her to use her debit card to pay me back.
She has been slandering my name on as many social media applications she can find and harrassing my shop. I have a voicemail of her stating she would harrass everyone here day and night even though she clearly stated we are not the ones working on her vehicle. Also have the video of her coming into my office to pay for the service she was rendered, the valve job performed on her cylinder head, that is all.
Her false allegations will be dealt with legally and all the evidence of the wrong doings will be used in court. My facility is constantly being video recorded and I can and will prove her vehicle has never been here.
After my tech saw all the false allegations she has been claiming of her car being here, that her car is not being done week after week, when in reality her car has never been here, he walked over to her house and refunded her father the $150 deposit she gave and chose to back out because she never gave the rest of the money nor had money for the parts he needed to proceed .
She has never done business directly with B&M not once, I simply did her a favor to use the debit card to get my money back.
