Paid to have a transmission rebuilt last July 2023 that came with a 12 month 12k mile warranty. September of 2023 the new transmission started losing reverse. Along with a misaligned to the tooth for the "TCC" lockout solenoid that would not seat properly. They said they'd get back to me about that but it wouldn't hurt to drive the truck as is. Took weeks to get ahold of them for warranty concern they said to drop the truck off so they could diagnose it. Left truck there December 10th 2023. They kept saying their employees quit and couldn't get around to checking my transmission. They didn't answer phone calls or text messages. Every time I wanted to get an update on when the truck would be done i had to go by in person and I live an hour away. I gave them grace through mid January and didn't stop by too much because of the holiday recovery. I finally started asking for the truck to get done 3 weeks ago because I needed it back. I even offered to do the labor since I needed it back. Every time I've spoken with them they've been mad or short. Physically walked me out of their office. And say we will let you know when we get to it. They finished the truck this morning. Left the truck in their parking lot with the keys in the gas cap and will not tell me what they fixed. They sent me a message stating they finished it and truck is in the parking lot with the keys in the gas cap unsecured. I responded and said you realize I live and hour away. What did you fix. I'll try to get someone to get the keys. They said they guessed since i stopped by so much i lived close. They are obviously annoyed with me as a customer. I know at this point the rest of the warranty is void. The truck was given back missing an inspection cover after driving a total of 2 hours round trip. They would not answer their phone to rectify the issue. I lost half my warranty. Driving a truck with no inspection cover on a dirt road where I live. They have no interest in fixing their issue.Initial Complaint

I paid AMS transmission $1400.00 to build a transmission for a 2006 Ford Mustang, I picked up the transmission and was having a shop in Chandler install It , They called me and said it will not fit . I took it back to AMS. I asked for a full refund They keep giving me the run around , I have called them several times. no reply , its been going on for the last several years, I would like to settle this matter.
