I am single mother 5 kids I have been harassed for shopping with my kids and Infront of my kids. I have been told to shop somewhere else from assistant front store managers. I have contacted corporate 5 times this year. I have had no response. I have talked to the store manager and he has told me that I am allowed to shop without being harassed. But the harassment has continued and they told me they are not gonna stop till I go and shop elsewhere. One I have done nothing wrong they complain about my children and try and harass me at check out like is if I didn't scan my groceries that I have scanned already. My fry's location is the most convenient for me. Shopping should be joyful not a headache and stressful my kids get stressed and embarrassed the reason for shopping and them harassing me is because I have children. There's simply no other reason. The supermarket where you feel like a criminal, your shopping cart locks up entering and leaving and your are filmed and your checkout is stopped regularly because the cameras think you didn't scan something but when you actually did it perfectly correct. (Yes this happens regularly on the location 22nd and ******** in ******) and store manager ***** tells you if you don't like it you can go to a cashier.. When you say you feel you are being treated like a criminal. Asked to speak to the manager at customer service and greeted with immediate nasty tone, no sorry, no apathy and then told "WHY should i have to apologize to you?" this is the customer service you train your managers to have? seriously. I was then asked to leave when i started to record the encounter told this it is private property. Obviously a tactic of someone that wants to hide something. I used their delivery service and someone stole my card number, used it to buy $262 in groceries, and said it was delivered to my house. Now I was told it will take 1 to 2 weeks to get it back when it put my account in negative and it was all the money I had left!Review from Lucy C

Overcharged and then had difficulty getting a refund. Rep actually tried to negotiate with me ---$3 which I refused as I was overcharged $5.81. She then offered $5. I ultimately settled for $6. At the bottom of my receipt, it had the following statement "This location is experiencing a temporary communication issue. Please report any pricing related issues to (phone number) You know you have a problem yet you want to wheel and deal with me to correct the issue. What kind of customer service is that? I will shop other places that are more honesty in their business model.Review from katie S

I am so shocked about what they are doing this year with the rib eye roasts, every years I get the roasts on ths and the butcher slices them them up and this year they aren't doing that, they are charging full price per lb to cut it up for you.Review from Joyce A

Nice clean store a one stop shop. But they need to reopen the bathroom so we dont have to wait for a clerk to finish what shes doing. Were usually in a serious hurry and dont have time to wait.Review from Mark P

I think ***** should sell to someone who doesn't f*** the people, and profile people based on how they dress or for any reason, you going to replace everything my backpack, which you can't! I ain't leaving my property at the front. F*** you, are you serious? Higher more rent a cops, more people to catch the shoplifters, stop harassing the one who ain't!Review from Brenda V

Shopping in person is fine but I definable would not recommend the home delivery service. Used it 3 times and every time my card was charged an unexplainable charge. Contacted customer service each time and was told a refund request would be submitted. It's been months and still no refund. Have contacted them numerous times and get the same excuse every time.
