Very impressed with **** and Desert Diamond Home Inspections. **** did a home inspection of our new build home to inspect all of the quick work that *** not be up to the workmanship/building code that it should be. He was incredibly thorough and created a complete report that detailed everything. He was very easy to work with and has made himself available to answer any questions during or after the inspection. Outstanding service, purchasing my first home with my VA loan, and I've seen military inspectors more lax than ****, he found every little issue, did not rush through, literally measured the tolerance the floor tile was uneven by. I was told by my realtor and builder that I got the best inspector in town, and man did he deliver. 11/10 will call him again if I ever need a home inspector again.Desert Diamond Home Inspections Response

This is the second home inspection **** has performed for us. The first inspection helped us avoid a potentially disastrous home purchase and were confident that he has uncovered all the issues with the second home so we were able to correct any items before closing. **** is great to work with, profession, on time and answered all of our questions.
