I went to Pima Pain Center to get cortisone injections in my feet as I have severe osteoarthritis, neuropathy and bone spurs. I went there because I need conscious sedation because the shots are painful! I was told I'd have to have 3 epidurals before they'd discuss my feet. After several $20 co-pays and two MRIs, I was told they were seeing if I'd qualify for some mechanism to be implanted to control my pain. I asked if this would relieve the pain in my feet and the doctor said "no", it doesn't go to the feet. I was furious because of all the visits and money my insurance had to put out. I recently received a statement saying I owed $20 from April 2022. I spoke to someone in billing ( with my insurance agent on the line) saying I shouldn't have to pay this. The lady said she understood and would take care if it. I have since received two more statements. I called again and asked to speak to a manager. The gal said someone would contact me that afternoon. That was Monday and I still haven't heard from anyone. I'm considering a lawsuit because they didn't tell me they didn't do feet and made me go through all the wasted time and expense to me AND my insurance. I will never go there for ANY reason and I will not refer any of my friends to go there as well.Initial Complaint

My invoice was overpaid by $25.23. I have emailed and phoned several times only to be told the refund was processed and mailed. This has been going on since 5/2022. To date I have yet to receive my refund.
