      I live in ******** AZ, which is approximately 60 miles from the Patio Pools on *******************************************. I purchased a spa / hot tub a little over 2 years ago from Patio Pools at this location, and was happy with the purchase process.Recently we have made the decision to have the spa serviced, as there is no one that we would rather have service our spa than the company who we purchased it from.I understand that there would be an extra charge, and expected such. I have absolutely no problem paying for the extra mileage to service our spa, especially since we are 60 miles away.When I called about the service, I was put on a long hold while they looked up my address. When the Patio Pools representative continued our conversation, she let me know that the cost to have someone come out would be equal to $4 per mile as per company policy. Like stated earlier, I have no problem paying the extra price for mileage, but $4 is, in my humble opinion, price gouging, and a terrible way to do business. Paying $240 just for mileage is ridiculous. I will never again do business with Patio Pools, and would caution anyone who lives outside of their free 15 mile radius to not purchase any type of pool or spa from them.Shame on you Patio Pools for making quality spas, and then making it practically impossible to upkeep the system after the purchase for those living outside of your "free travel zone" Company policy or not.....incredibly poor customer service!!!!***********************

      Patio Pools had sold me an expensive hot springs hot tub 6 months ago, with salt water built in. ****** seemed to be helpful at the beginning but took a leave. ******* was cold and rude and not understanding at all. The system was never set up right, and the spa has never worked. I called Hot Springs in ********** and they suggested to Patio Pools that I should just run it as a regular spa. I paid thousands of dollars extra for the salt. The ********** office is worthless. The spa turns green after 25 hours of treating the water. When they first delivered it, they filled it with all the stickers on it, so a scum line will not go away. they ignore calls and never show up. the service workers agree that it is an issue, and feel I should not be charged. The supervisors continue to promise to fix it and never do. No one knows what anyone is doing. They finally said they are going to trade it in for a new spa, or come and fix it. I voted to come and fix it, and now they want to charge me to do so. They are so unprofessional, not honest, nor knowledgeable about their products. I wish I had gone to Tucson Hot Tubs. I am very upset. I only give them a star because I have to in order to leave my review.

      We have had Patio Pools for over 3 years. Our pool is currently green and no one seems able to fix the problem. This company has promises to come and fix the problem on multiple occasions and no one shows up. Both my husband and myself have called and been told that a Supervisor will be advised and the problem will be solved soon. We no longer believe anything they say.

      Patio Pools is very unprofessional. I have a contract for service. They allowed my pool to turn green. When I complained and sent photos they promised that a representative would come everyday to service the pool until the problem was remedied. Their representative came once in the course of a week and did not perform the steps necessary to remedy a green pool. Now I can't even get the courtesy of a return phone call from the service manager. I have paid Patio Pools thousands of dollars over the past few years, In return, they let my pool go foul then abandoned me. ****** R
