Rain Bird Corporation allegedly appears to not care about their customers. I own a "Rain Bird ST8i 2.0" controller (paid $200!! from Lowes) equipped with a WiFi module and tried connecting to it using the Rain Bird 2.0 app and it does not connect or even find the unit. The same happens with their older version Rain Bird app, no connectivity, even followed all the guides that show what the lights should look like and still no luck at all. The controller is very difficult to use without the app and it seems Rain Bird Corporation wants you to buy their latest models which are the RC2 and ARC series in order for the Rain Bird 2.0 app to work. Apparently my controller is not compatible with Rain Bird 2.0 app so why did they allegedly mislead consumers by calling it the "Rain Bird ST8i 2.0"!! It literally has "2.0" in the name, very misleading!Initial Complaint

I purchased a ESP-ME3 4 Station WiFi Ready Indoor/Outdoor Controller from Rainbird and it broke, 3 months after I bought it. I called Rainbird customer service and they refused to do anything. All I want them to do is stand by their warranty and repair or replace the broken unit.Initial Complaint

I have a rain bird sprinkler system one of the head's is cut of by a mower i need to replace one it is a 3.0-5000 with a spring around it i have been to home depot to get a new one not in stock so i called your company they said to get a certain one went to buy brought it home it would not even fit in hole so i called again getting run around so i hung up called a gain only told me to call a company in Marietta Georgia they do not sell them so i called again no help looked on line could not find correct web site then on june 15th at 12:50pm some lady left message i just saw it today june 20th i called ask to speak to the lady who called i do not think she gave name ,sound like he did not want to help hoping she could tell me were to find item claim he could not look up date when she called i want drive 20miles to find item i will just leave hole. if some one can give correct # item or help me order.
