I moved out June 13th of this year, I didn’t receive my deposit back after over a month of being moved out. I was charged rent for July, and it took over a week for the charge to be reversed. I suffered financial difficulties as a result of this. In addition, my deposit was over $500 short because I disposed of old curtains that were on the property, and my lease did not properly address that they were part of the property. ****** ******, the owner/broker was extremely hostile and rude to me over the phone, avoided my text messages and phone calls, and failed to repair parts of the home that were in severe disrepair. He is sloppy and rude.Business response

Tenant paid rent through June, the Deposit balance was sent and received the second week of July. The lease was broken as it ran until July 31st. The July rent was collected on-line because tenant did not cancel the Direct payment set up at their bank. When I found out I had it reversed. The property had drapes and rods throughout, these were removed and disposed of by the tenant. They believe me to be rude because I would not argue on the phone and said I would be hanging up.
