As of today 05.03.2022 we are in the middle of a now 5 month process of trying to get solar installed and functioning on our home through Solar Pros AZ LLC. The contract was originated and signed on 12.16.2021 in our home and we were promised a 3 month turn around from contract signing to finished with functioning solar, give or take a week or so. Financing on the panels was also put in place 12.16.2021. Closely after the sale we had communication issues with the company. Not advising us as to where we were in our project, not advising us as to what to expect moving forward and beginning phases of dishonesty. As the follow ups from our home continued to their company it became more evident that the company wasn't actually resolving the issues. The installation process with roof repairs took roughly 4 weeks. After installation was finished we were marked failure with the town of Oro Valley due to Solar Pros LLC submitting what we were told were the "incorrect plans". They let us know they already submitted the new ones and that it was "nothing to be stressed about"-4.21.22. They have been advising us that daily they have followed up with the Town of OV and that OV haven't approved new plans. As of today I personally called OV and there were no revisions of plans ever resubmitted from Solar Pros for approval. I have spoken to both owners of the company and both have tried to use words like "confusion" and "misunderstanding" to move past the hard conversation.They continue to use words like priority and that they value our business. I then asked why they wouldn't just be honest, to which they don't have an answer. Based on previous provided timelines between new plans drawn up (since they never actually were drawn or sent), being approved by Town, then schedule inspection, and then approved by TEP. We are guessing we won't have solar running until first week of June. We are seeking immediate resolution since that would put us at the 6 month mark of contract signing.Customer response

Good Morning,I was unable to respond via the secure link online. I did want to let you know we have heard from the company however as of right now the issue hasn't been resolved. They have informed us that they received our revised permits back from a third party carrier and that they have sent over to the Town of Oro Valley. At this point we don't any estimated time of completion but we have heard from the company that there were attempting to resolve the issue.
