      C and D disposal took my trash can two weeks ago due to damage they caused and have not given me another one. I have constantly called them multiple times and they keep saying theres a work order for the day I call in. I have trash piling up due to their neglect

      I called to start trash service and order a dumpster on 6/27. I was told the dumpster would be delivered on 6/30. THen i was told it would be delivered 7/1. Then i was told it would be delivered 7/5. I didn't receive the dumpster until 7/6. When i did receive it, it was 1/3 of the way full already with someone else's trash. it was delivered on wednesday which was supposed to be my trash pick up day and they said i could fill it and it would be picked up. It didn't get picked up. Upon receiving the trash can, i realized i made a mistake in size and needed a larger one. I called wednesday 7/6 and asked if they could replace the dumpster with a larger one since i had already gone through all of that. She said yes and the old dumpster would be picked up and the new one dropped off on 7/7. No one showed up. I was then told it would be delivered on 7/11. We got it on 7/11 and filled it immediately. Wednesday was still our trash day and no one came to pick up. I called and they said they would send someone to pick it up on thursday 7/14 to pick it up. No one came. I was told it would get picked on on Friday 7/15. No one came. I called at 4 pm to let them know and they said their trucks were running until 6 and he was confident it would get picked up that day. No one came. It is now noon on Monday 7/18 and my trash still has not been picked up. i have called and called and spent way too much time on the phone contacting them over the course of 3 weeks. I have spent a lot of money on gas and time that i didn't have to spare going and dropping off loads of trash elsewhere. We are in the middle of a remodel and need trash service for our contractors to be able to continue their work. This has crossed the line of a minor inconvenience and has now become an issue!

      We have trash and recycling removal service with this company at our residential address. They are well over a week late to pickup our recycling and will be a week late for our trash pickup if it's not picked up by the end of business today. I have made multiple attempts to reach out to the business to have this resolved. I have spoken with customer service a few times and was assured the cans would be picked up multiple times but nothing has come from these phone calls, voice messages, and emails. The company is nearly impossible to get someone on the phone to speak with. (One phone call took me 3+ hours to finally speak to someone.)

      02/10/2022 ********************* CUSTOMER NUMBER ******* DRIVER DECLINED PICKING UP OUR TRASH BIN CLAIMING THAT A VEHICLE WAS BLOCKING THE **** WE HAVE NOTICES POSTED IN THE PHARMACY LETTING PEOPLE KNOW NOT TO BLOCK THE **** THERE ARE OTHER BUSINESSES AROUND ** AND CANNOT CONTROL WHERE THEIR CUSTOMERS PARK. ALSO I HAVE NO WAY TO VERIFY IF SOMEONE WAS ACTUALLY PARKED THERE OR NOT. TALKED TO ************** AND SUPERVISOR **************** AT ***** AND THEY REFUSED TO SEND SOMEONE OUT TO PICK IT UP WITHOUT PAYING AN ADDITIONAL PICK UP FEE. WHY WOULD I WANT TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL FEE FOR SOMETHING I ALREADY PAY FOR? THE DRIVER COULD'VE EASILY WALKED 10 FEET INTO THE PHARMACY AND IT COULD HAVE BEEN EASILY ADDRESSED IF THEIR WAS ACTUALLY SOMEONE PARKED THERE. HAVING TRASH PILED ** ** THE HALLWAY POSES A HEALTH RISK TO OUR PATIENTS.

      Business has failed to provide the agreed upon and paid for service of trash and recycle pick up intermittently for the past 6 months. The business has completely failed to pick up trash and recycle for the past 2 weeks. I have made numerous calls and sent numerous emails to the business without a satisfactory response. The response I have been provided every time was that I would be put on the schedule for pick up "the next day". My entire block has not had service for the past 2 weeks and we have had trash and recycle containers sitting on the street in front of our homes the entire time.

      C & D Disposal has collected my trash in about a month. My trash bin is completely full and has become an attractant to rodents, flies, and cats, thereby, a health hazard to my home/family. I have called C & D Disposal almost weekly requesting for the trash to be picked up and sent an email requesting for the complete removal of the bin on 12/8/21. Today is 12/20 and the bin is still on my property and still full of trash. The company has repeatedly stated they will be removing the bin but it hasn't happened yet.
