This complaint is againt the new location of Peach Skin Laser in Phoenix. I booked a full body hair removal and started my first treatment at their ***** location which I noticed a result in the treatment and felt the machine actually worked (heat and pinches). My second appointment was at the new ******* location which I noticed the machine was not working. The laser tech ****** talked to the regional manager who was in there overseeing the new location and she tested the machine and confirmed that it was not working and that they needed to reschedule and that the machine arm will be replaced. So they scheduled me today 8/18/2023 to treat chest, under arms, back and arms, the machine didn't work either and I never felt anything no heat or pinches or any sign that the machine was working, I called to complain and they insisted that the machine was repaired and is working. I wasted time and money on unsuccessful procedure due to a broken untested machine and unskilled laser tech who was not sure what to do. I request a full refund of $470 that was paid in full. Please BBB help me get my money back as this was an act of fraud and customers shouldn't be treated this way. I can share a text that the regional manager sent sayign the machine arm was replaced and also my receipts if requested. In addition to the functionality issue of the machine, I am worried now if the broken laser machine they used on me caused any harm to my ************
