***** is a dog daycare facility. On 3/15/2022 I purchased a package of 50 half day visits for $****. I used one on 3/15/2022 and one on 3/21/2022 leaving a balance of 48 unused half day credits a value of $****. Monday 3/21/2022 when I dropped my dog off, she was perfectly fine. When I picked her up she seemed different and by that night she had ******** and got worse in the coming days with ******** and ********* This continued for more than a week. I tried calling ***** multiple times during the first 5 days and kept getting voicemail. One of the times I left a voicemail letting them know that **** was sick and asking them to call me back to let me know of any other sick dogs and find out what they knew about it. They never returned my call. Finally, starting ********* I concluded that they don't care and I cannot ever bring my dog back to that place, so on that day I logged into the website and requested a refund of the remaining credits. They provide no record of my communications to them. I received a voicemail later that day from someone just "wanting to chat". I had no interest in "chatting" just wanted resolution. So, the next day I submitted another request via the website for a refund and received no response. So again on 4/4/2022 I submitted my 3rd and final request for a refund on their website only to receive a nonsensical voicemail from someone named ****** telling me that it's non-refundable and they can basically do whatever they want. It doesn't matter what they do to the dogs they think they can just keep $**** for nothing. In addition, I had to take **** to the vet and pay $79 for the visit + $77 for the fecal test + $24 for the medication for a total of $180. So, at a minimum they owe me ***** for the ****** ******* + **** for the vet bill = ****** MORE than the ***** that I paid. On top of this it's ridiculous that I should have to pay for the day that she was there getting sick in a ************ pool and have lost more than a we
