I scheduled my routine car service on my 2021 ***** While waiting, I received a text message from the sales dept. stating my vehicle was in high demand & they would like to buy off me. I decided to seek assistance from the sales staff. I spent a little over 3 hrs. with 4 different sales reps., going back &forth discussing the pros & cons of purchasing *******. At the end, I decided to stay with my lease and revisit my options at a later time. As I walked to my vehicle, I realized one of the sales rep. had kept my key. I went back to inside & headed to the sales office. I noticed all 4 sales reps. surrounding a desk in the far end of the office. The sales rep. that kept my key notices me and waves as I entered the office. I take no more than 4 steps into the glass looking office, when Mr. ********* shouts across the room telling me in a demanding tone of voice to get out because, there is confidential info. in the office. For a second I froze, trying to process what had just happened, while at the same time feeling embarrassed how everyone else in the office stared at me, in shock & waiting on my reaction. With a nervous laugh, I turned around apologizing & exited the office. I know for a fact the shout was so loud that it echoed outside to the main floor because as I walk out, there are other staff members & customers staring at me. A sales rep. walks towards me to hand me my key, he apologies for Mr. *** unprofessional behavior. This is when I realized, Mr. * was the sales manager. I ask him to provide me w/ his business card b/c, what I just experienced was not only disrespectful, condescending, but unprofessional. Another sales rep. hands me Mr. * business card instead & tells him to tell me that, he would protect my personal information the same way he is protecting other customers. I no longer seek to have business w/ Toyota. I fear that, if there are consequences for Mr. *'s misconduct, there is retaliation towards me given that, he has access to my info.

I purchased my car back in 2018 and part of the purchase you're granted a warranty, I had free oil changes up until a certain mileage was met and/or after several year. Last year I noticed that the company stole my Rims and Tires and I requested the pictures they take when you bring in your car. I was only given pictures for 2 visits and multiple pics were given for other days. I did tell them that I was missing pictures of my car for 3 other visits that I had brought my car in. I've spoken to customer service, Manager and another Manager for Parts and Service and they refuse to give the tickets. I was told by a Customer Service Supervisor to not respond to me anymore and not to provide the any pics. I've called Corporate Headquarters to Toyota and they say that all Dealers are individually owned, and they are not able to provide the pictures they can only ask that they provide them but they don't have to. I've made several reviews to provide others of their wrong doing and nothing still has been done. They even had the nerve to send someone to my house to buy back my car and they were snooping around my house and in my car. I told them to stop sending people and I'm not interested in selling it back. My car is an LE it had Nice Rims and New Tires and they swapped my rims for stock and a low end car. they pictures are after the rims where removed and given these.
