I never recommend working with ********* Moneyline mortgage broker even offering a better rate. This broker (*****************************, Senior ******************* my time for a month, never answering his calls at the closing date and his sorry couple of days after the closing date cost me an extra $3700 (the seller increase the price) and never compensate this imposed lost (The lender company was ***********). My case was not straightforward and before starting with them I asked several times to make sure to check with the lender's underwriter he said everything was cleared and there is no problem but after a month and tone of paperwork and follow-**** he said sorry the lander is not able to approve your loan. I got my loan from United Wholesale Mortgage with another broker in less than a week, yes less than a week. That was amazing. So, don't allow these senior loan officers to waste your time and money and put you in big trouble.Review from Ed M

We got a phone call from ********************************* three weeks before closing our house, we almost did not answer thinking this was a scam. We were adamant at first, thinking how they can pull it off in a short time left. But after we talked, I realized this company is legit. ******* helped me get a VA loan, followed up and updated us everyday. We cannot thank him enough for staying on point all the way. Everyone in this company were very professional and they were fast and accurate. Even the builders were very impressed. In less than 3 weeks, we close our new home with a better rate amongst other lenders. The deal got better and better towards the end. I cannot say enough good things about this company, having been in this industry for 20 plus years and dealing with many many businesses like America's Moneyline Inc over the years you know the good from the bad and this company is a good one. From the time ******* takes your application to when **** closes the loan smooth process on each and every step. If you are in the market to purchase a home or refinance the one you have call them, you will not regret the experience highly highly recommend.Review from Dukens B
