I went into the dealership with my son to buy a car they had online. I did a zelle for ****** as a deposit . My wife and son went in the next day ang got a loan from schools first and purchased the car . As soon as they were driving home , the car started burning and was too hot to drive . They had to exit the car and walk and then **** home . When i got home, i got a ride to the car and drove it to the dealership . They for the most part said too bad things happen and you signed it and did not sign the cancellation penaltie portion which was never explained to my wife and son . After many long hours and discussions they agreed to give us the cancellation letter . The only reason they did is that i have clear proof of breach of contract . They took parts out of the car after they sold it and before we took delivery . When they did cancel they said that they were keeping my ****** zelle payment for having to cancel . The agreement was not even made with me and the letter clearly says they cant hold any of this deposit if the deal is cancelled. They owe me ****** plus 2 ****s and I had to take off of work and that cost me another ******. The actual address of the dealership is ***********************************. I also have photos of the car stereo before and after they changed it out without my consent.

First and foremost, I am a disabled elderly woman who had bought a car from this dealership , Palladium Auto and the day I bought the car, I couldnt even drive the car home! During the purchase process, the finance lady had told me to tell the lender that I paid$500 less than the amount I put down which was $4600 but she told me to tell ************************ that I only paid$4000 of which when the loan contract was drawn up, they said they would give me the difference and never did!!! So not only did they steal from me, lie and take advantage of me but they also illegally repossessed my vehicle since they never returned my money, never obtained the loan thru The lender but did in house and they already had an extra$600 of my money that they never returned, how can they repossess my vehicle when I was technically not late on any payments, because of the money not returned to me and then the repossession guy befriended me brought me food and cigarettes when I became homeless because of elder abuse going on by my caregiver at the time, on the day that he took my car he had told me that the owner told him that he would never take my car away from me and because of my tires that had gotten slashed in a parking garage, the repo man came to pick me up and take me to a drs appointment and then he left with my belongings in his vehicle and left me stranded when and repossessed my vehicle along with my service animal in the car and was going to take him to the pound if it were not for a friend who witnessed all of this including the repo person damaging the car and took all of my belongings blankets and clothing and all and he knew I was living out of my car! These people saw an opportunity to take advantage of an elderly disabled woman at all stages of the process and they did!!!I want all my money $4600 along with pain and suffering money because people like this need to be punished so they dont do it again, not me who trusted them and thought they cared about me!!

The customer ****** ********* purchased the 2004 **** TT with us Palladium Autos on 09/30/2023 She paid a down payment of $4000.00 to get her approved.
We tried everything to get her approved and for all the verifications to be completed but after a few weeks the bank denied her application and returned the deal due to not being able to verify her income and her residence.
We informed ****** ********* about the bank's decision and she sent us text messages explaining her living situation. She informed us that she was evicted from her house and that she was living in the car and we tried with other banks to get her approved but we had no luck.
We ended up sending it for repossession until January **************************************************************************************************************************************** the car. She kept the car from 09/2023 to 01/2024 the car was in really bad conditions and we could do anything else to help her since we did what we needed to do but she was not helping herself to better her situation.
I could provide documents from the bank and the repo company so you can see the time she kept the auto and I also have text messages as well.

Went to purchase a vehicle from the company had some questions about what was in the bill of sales and saw that there was a 400$ charge for anti thief. When you sell a vehicle there is no additional cost that you have to pay for any features that already come in the vehicle the sales man stated that all their vehicles come with anti thief so I asked why do you have to pay for something that came with the vehicle. I asked was it a subscription and they stated no, you either want the vehicle or you don't. After I gave them my check for the price of the vehicle and gave them 400$ in cash because they stated I could not take the vehicle without paying it. After I paid they then handed me a paper and on the paper it stated it was a subscription through a third party company. The auto company was deceitful in their tacts and forced me to pay for a subscription that I did not want I told them if it is a add on I don't want it and they could take it out and they said they could not take it out. The salesman and the owner knew that this was a subscription and I should not be forced into purchasing a subscription and never disclose it and hand me a paper after everything was set in stone and then knowingly deceive me to purchase something I was not obligated to get because the document states its optional but the salesman owner stated it was not and option it has to be paid for that is fraudulent tacts and no one should be deceived in such tactics when they knew all along that it was an option. Who else are they deceiving into these tactics and making them believe they have no choice.

I, ***************************, purchased a vehicle from PALLADIUM AUTOS, ****************************************************. on July 25, 2023, since the time of purchase, have encountered numerous issues that not only breach our sales agreement but also violate several ********** laws and consumer rights protections. Some of those violations of the California Civil Code, the Car Buyers Bill of Rights are as follows: -Violation of ************ Car Buyers Bill of Rights: BY LAW, YO YO- FINANCING IS ILLEGAL AND failure to provide a written notice within the 10-day requirement for unmet financing directly contravenes the protections afforded to consumers under *********** Car Buyers Bill of Rights. This omission has left me financially and legally vulnerable. -Fraudulent Sale Practices: The sale of a vehicle with a non-functioning tail light, the failure to provide two keys as agreed upon in our sales contract, and the subsequent ridicule, harassment, and threats I received upon addressing these issues are indicative of fraudulent sale practices. Furthermore, the forgery and illegal alteration of sales ***************** are serious offenses that undermine the integrity of any transaction. -Repossession and Used Car Laws Non-Compliance: Your actions did not comply with ************ repossession laws and used car sales regulations. Unauthorized repossession of vehicle I purchased, & resale was without consent or proper legal procedure & unlawful. - Engagement in "Yo-Yo" Financing Practices: Additionally, your dealership engaged in deceptive "yo-yo" financing practices by initially confirming financing approval and then later claiming that the financing was not approved, demanding the return of the vehicle or altering the financing terms.HELP COLLET DAMAGES AND $50K DEALER BOND FOR EXTENSIVE DAMAGES, FORGERY OF THE ****** CHANGING OWNERSHIP MANY MONTHS AFTER IT WAS MAILED., I demanded immediate restitution in the amount of $14,000.00. from *******************************- owner of Palladium Autos.

I purchased a car from them and had it shipped 700 miles and they had it delivered which I also paid. Gave them $5,000 down and took a loan for $16,500 and paid it off in two weeks. Still have not received paperwork to register the vehicle. They admitted in writing they do not have the Title and basically sold me a vehicle they technically do not own. I have possession of a vehicle that I paid for, have not paid sales tax - nor registered it because I do not have proper paperwork Nor Title.

July 2023 I paid $13,000. to buy a wine colored coup 2011 ******** E ***** from Palladium Autos in ******* on **********. It was late that night and the dealership had now closed and banks were closed. However, the car was listed for $14,000. I only had $10,000 with me in the form of $6000 cashier's check & $4000. in cash. The dealer **** suggested I take the car, go home and pay the balance off within 30 days because he said I had already paid for most of the car. He "wasn't worried about me not paying the balance because I already paid nearly in full". Also, he counted my money, checked it for authenticity and already put my money in the company's safe for safe keeping overnight. I couldnt walk away now and I felt rushed, angered. The dealership's owner-******************************* aka ****, told me I was protected by his insurance bond, and he personally guaranteed the deal and would put the registration in my name immediately. My friend served as witness; I noticed & remarked the parking brake light not working. **** offered me again a free, inhouse 30 days grace ****** with 0% interest to pay off the balance and receive a full refund if I changed my mind within 72hr ****** by CA auto laws. On 3 different occasions within just 2 weeks of purchase, paid $1000. payments. The 3rd payment totaled all money at $13,000 paid to ****'s ********** account. Still, without notice illegally Repo'd the car to his possession again. He would not discuss a resolution demanding addtl' $1500. And, verbally refusing to invoice me or give any written records but changed my balance to $2500. I refused reminding him of our deal, and he said **** me I don't care. I have your money anyway and your car!" Soon, the title arrived (in my name). It was just two weeks then has placed car for sale for $13,000. **** has refused to acknowledge the losses he caused me and inconveniences forced on me. This also prevented me the ability to buy a car elsewhere, having to still be without transportation.

Purchased 2012 GMC Acadia with a 6 month a warranty. Upon getting back home (3 hours away) a noise started getting worse. Took it in and found out the motor is blown, and the air bag system has been tampered with. The oil was over filled and low oil pressure. Then found out that the motor had just been just replaced prior to them selling it to me. Also has metal screws placed in air flow tubes coming off the motor. These people were found through car fax and there was no mention of the motor being changed or that the tires are from 2012.. one shop wasn't going to let us take it as it's that dangerous. I have been trying to get the dealer ship to honor what they said, about any problems they would take care of it or the warranty they sold me would. Apparently the Auto repair shop they had me drop off the car at is the one to have put thar motor in it. Which really scares me.. now I am trying to figure out how to get help to get money or another vehicle, or motor in it. Have not had the *** for over a week already. This vehicle has been driving a single mother with 5 kids in it prior to finding this information out.. please help.

Hi my name is *********************** and *** had this issue since when I got the vehicle which was May 4, 2023. When I got the vehicle I was excited because due to my credit I wasnt able to qualify for any car until I went to Palladium Autos. Everything was going well ***** , *** and **** were very helpful until when I got my car I saw it didnt have gas so we had to make a quick stop to the gas station, when my son got on the car seat belts didnt work , the back windows didnt roll down. One of the doors doesnt open from the outside. I get it was a used car. Also when it came down to the insurance ***** told me get insurance on the car but according to contract it says to just put regular insurance so I did that same week I got insurance. Later within months she messages me and tells that my car hasnt gotten full coverage insurance! I replied and said well you told me to get regular insurance shes like no I told you get full coverage. So we went at it back and forth and told me if you dont get insurance by the end of 09/30 I will repo your car . On my down payment I put $2,500. Every month I had to pay $360 but sometimes I would pay $720 until now that I lost my job and didnt have enough to pay for this month. May I paid $2,500 June I paid $360 July $720 August $360 September I havent made the payment yet.
