-No license number can be found connected to ********************** at ******************* *************************** ********** License number provided is connected to Arco Glass ********* (1087211)Individual listed on is *********************************** and it is currently under suspension for failure to comply with workers comp. -******** received a total of $117,810 for material and labor There is material that was paid for but never delivered All the labor that was done was done negligently -Negligent work There are leaks throughout the property because the windows were not sealed property Two 12ft panels, each weighing about 500lbs shattered out of the frames because they were not installed properly ******** was supposed to come back to the property to finish installation but never came, storms took over LA and many windows openings were left exposed which caused substantial damage to the structural beams, ****** and the interior of the property ******** was not prepared for the work he did do, forced client to rent fork lift and pull guys from his GC's team to help ******** because he was unable to do the work with the 1-3 of employees he brought, taking time and resources away from other aspects of the project Non-responsive to communication regarding scheduling, work, negligence, repairs, refund. No response to anything, even a demand letter from an attorney All windows that were installed and framing that was done needed to be removed and replaced by a different company, resulting in a drastic increase in costs for the agreed upon work.Initial Complaint

I reached out to Abba Glass on 11/14/2022 requesting a quote for a broken window at my home. Their owner, ********************, replied on 11/15/2022 with a quote for $265. Immediately communication became a bit of a struggle for him. I have all communication in writing through Yelp since my phone calls went unanswered. He agreed to come survey the window on 11/21/2022 between 8-9am. He changed the time in the middle of the night and we agreed on noon instead. When he and his guys left I immediately asked what form of payment he preferred. He told me cash, check, or Zelle. I had to constantly reach out from 11/22/2022 - 12/2/2022 to see when he was coming to perform the work. He kept making excused as to why he was unable to come. I remained polite and patient. On 12/3/2022 he said he would be coming to finish the job on Monday 12/5. They came again, brought new glass that was not made properly. They also left broken glass everywhere in the backyard. Left several tools behind that I had to help them with. And were forced to leave again because they had brought a broken window to install. I had to continue trying to reach out and follow up, often with no response or a poor excuse. I later found lots of shards of broken glass in our driveway by our cars and more in the backyard our dog nearly swallowed. In January of 2023 I continued to try and follow up to have them finish. They kept delaying. I respectfully asked for a discount and sent several messages that were unanswered. They offered a small discount to $225 which I attempted to respectfully dispute and explain why that was unfair given the damage, wait, unresponsiveness, etc... I asked for 50% off and was denied repeatedly. Now it's February, where after several storms, the work they had done fell out of the window. We had to tape their window to our house. In desperation, I agreed to the $225 because it was becoming a danger. ******** reneged on his offer and we're still stuck with their unfinished work.
