I place an order 02/04/23 that consist of 2 dresses & 2 coats for a total of $ ****** order # E2236387 thru pay pal, I was suppose to receive the items **** days. The delivery came almost a month later, The merchandise was not true to size and unsatisfied quality (look cheap). I requested a refund 03/05/23 and for the business to send a return label. The business stated they do not have a return label only a return address. I was offer 2 option, option 1 partial refund and keep the items or option 2 return address for a refund thru the post office, the post office will give me a return number and receipt which I will need to send in the email to berrylook.com , I emailed on 03/12 all the information that was ask of me to do, I also put inside the box the tracking # and the receipt of what I paid to return the merchandise, I don't agree with the company that I have to pay for shipping and handling, Why should I have to pay any more money? to return the cheap looking, not true to size items. I emailed 03/12/23 the information to the company, requested How will I receive my refund including what I paid for postage and handling, no response from the company, 6 days later 03/18/23, I emailed again this time I included when the items was received to the address on this application on 03/13/23 at 4:26 PM. When will I receive my refund? no response, again I emailed 03/27/23 Where is my refund? no response. Today is 04/16/23 still no response. I'm requesting a total refund of $ ****** to be return to my account. Supporting documents included.Initial Complaint

I purchased this coat from Berry look and when the coat arrived it was to small. When I reached out to the company about returning the coat, I was given a reply that I considered to be unfair because I can't wear the coat so I would have no need to keep the coat. Around 2nd or 3rd of November last year I ordered 5 blouses they took the money from my bank 11/3/2021 I have never received any of my orders ,I tried contacting them all they kept saying was my order was on the way I tried Around 50 times but no luck I didn't want anyone else getting ripped off by this company I believe they are nothing but a scam thanksInitial Complaint

This company's product is of poor quaility and sizes are not consistent to any norms on the market. When you try to send for a refund your emails are not answered and there is no way to contact the company. The phone number does not accept calls. One order was a duplicate and I was charged for both. I tried to cancel one but of course they were both sent and I was charged for both.Initial Complaint

Ordered on May 22 2022. Co. Continues to tell me they shipped my order but provides a fake tracking link. I tell them provide a tracking no to which they tell me it has shipped and provides this link for 10 days no update no tracking no. I believe this company fraudulent conducts business and does not provide the customer a tracking no to track shipment. I believe the co. Has ripped me off. I ask for a full refund because they did not ship or provide me a valid tracking no. They respond thanks for your patience order shipped gives me a bogus tracking link.Initial Complaint

The 3 shirts ordered came from *********. Ordered 5x and cannot for over my chest. The website for BerryLook.com offers guarantee for satisfaction. I have contacted them 7 times, filed a complaint with the ** Consulate and filed with the BBB to assure no one else is taken advantage of like myself. I want $78 back for the items. I will return the items with a free return label only. I will not pay another cent to this company! Phone number they give in ********** does not answer (several times). They emailed back twice offering an exchange and minimal refund. This is terrible customer service, poorly made clothing not true to size and not holding their end of the full guarantee if not satisfied. Attached below are all required documents already sent several times for the refund. I want my $78 returned ASAP.Initial Complaint
