Dates of transactions: 7/11/23, 7/10/23, 6/30/23 Amount paid: $3,300 The business is committed to providing shower glass walls and door installation that is "perfect" - the owner's words, however, it is far from perfect and refuses to help monetarily because now we are sunk even further in costs to fix the mistakes he has done. We have to redo the tile because he has drilled the holes in them, order new tile, install it, and have new shower glass installed by someone else. We are going to be out at least $6,000 to fix everything correctly.He refuses to give us money back due to an unprofessional job. He has ruined our master bathroom and the tile in it. We will now have to retile the master and get new shower glass. The owner did not measure correctly, then proceeded to blame us for his mistake. He measured himself, got the glass to cut himself, yet blames us for it not working. He is not returning phone calls and doesn't have CA license when he said he did, so he's also a liar. The business has done nothing to resolve the problem. We asked for a minimum of $800 to refund us and he refuses. He lied and said his brother owns the company, when in reality, it's him.Unfortunately, the invoice doesn't have a number. I've attached a copy of it. Please help us get this resolved because he is unwilling to do anything.
