      I placed an order with this company on August 13, 2023 for 3 pair of shoes and paid $136.99. It was a pre-order. I contacted them for an update after 2 months. They didnt give an actual date of when to expect or how much longer it would be. They just said it was handcrafted and it took time. I contacted them on Feb 17, 2024(6 mo) no response, again on April 25, 2024 requested a refund- no response again. I tried to dispute it with my card company but at that point it had been to long. Havent heard from them since and I just want my money back. Thanks

      I purchased a bracelet (order # *****) in the amount of $9.99 and paid $8.99 for shipping on December 30, 2023. I have yet to receive the item and do not get any response whem i call or email the business.

      I placed an order for shoes on May 6, 2023. I emailed them 8/31/2023, 10/19/2023, 12/21/2023 and 1/4/2024. First response was that the shoes had not arrived. 2nd response was that I could choose 1 of 4 things if I didn’t want to wait. I told them I didn’t want something else I wanted my order or a refund. They said there are no refunds. I stopped getting responses after the 2nd email. I have emailed 2 other times as separate emails directly to them and those emails have never been responded to.

      I purchased and paid a pair of sandals in April 2023. Never received my merchandise. I reached out to seller , she said they didnt have them yet since they were hand made. I gave her all the time. I reached out more than 3 times, would not give me my money back.

      I made this order in May of 2023 and have yet to receive anything - today is December 9th 2023. I have reached out to the business and they have not responded to me. I demand a refund because goods have not been delivered and it has been over 6 months since purchase was made. I have read a lot of reviews since my discovering the negligence from the business, where other customers have the same issue. Something has to be done, this is a total scam!

      I placed an order with JnLs Boutique back in June (6/16/23). I paid upfront $63.99 including shipping costs. I immediately received confirmation of my order (Order #*****) and a summary of my order. The product was listed as pre-order but did not indicate on the page that it takes any longer than usual to make and send the product. The page only said it would ***********-20 business days to receive the product. After 20 days past I email asking for shipping confirmation. They responded saying my order being a pre-order product would actually take **** weeks to arrive. I wait this amount of time and ask again for shipping confirmation and they say its delayed. It is now 6 months later and well beyond the promised amount of time the product should have been received by. They refuse to give refunds even though the mistake is solely on their end and they have been unable to provide the goods that I paid for. To date there still has not been any shipping confirmation. All of their reviews are from people in a very similar situation. They have not a single good review and everyone is having an experience similar to mine. I wanted the product but now I just want my money back and maybe additional compensation for the lies.

      On 9/7/23 I placed an order with the shop in the amount of ***** for two items. On 9/14 we I received an email from them indicating a **** label had been created and my items would be shipped out. I contacted the shop via email on 9/21/23 letting them know I checked the **** tracking number that they provided and online it showed that **** had not received my order from the vendor. I again emailed on 9/22, 9/23,9/28 and 9/29. As of today 10/9/23 my order has not been received by the **** from the vendor. I have sent emails and contacted the vendor through their social media account. The one time they responded they stated my order had been shipped. I asked them to verify the **** tracking number and show me proof through the tracking number that it was shipped and or delivered. They have not responded. I requested a refund in the amount of *****. I looked up their website and there are numerous complaints from customers that they also had not received their items and that the vendor does not respond to their emails as well. I believe this shop is intentionally committing fraud. How can I resolve this issue if the vendor does not respond nor shows me proof that my order was shipped because the **** website shows otherwise.

      I PURCHASED A PAIR OF SANDALS FROM JNL'S BOUTIQUE ON APRIL 12, 2023 FOR $57.25. THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL THAT THEY WILL NOTIFY ME WHEN MY ORDER WILL SHIPPED I WAITED 2 MONTHS BEFORE EMAILING THEM AN UPDATE ON MY ORDER. THEY SAID THAT IT CAN TAKE 8 TO 12 WEEKS BEFORE MY ORDER CAN BE MADE. I WAITED AGAIN. I REACHED OUT TO THEM IN JULY ASKING FOR A REFUND. IN WHICH THEY INDICATED THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE A REFUND POLICY. THAT MY PRODUCT WAS GOING TO TAKE LONGER THAN EXPECTED AND THEY ASKED IF I WANTED TO CHANGE MY ORDER. IN WHICH I DID NOT WANT SOMETHING DIFFERENT. I ASKED AGAIN FOR A REFUND. THEY SAID I WOULD NEED TO CALL IN AND TALKED TO SOMEONE IN THE STORE. THEY GAVE ME A PHONE NUMBER. I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO CALL WITH NO LUCK. WHEN I CALL I GET A VOICEMAIL ONLY. I HAVE EMAILED THEM AGAIN AND NO ONE HAS RESPONDED BACK. IT'S GOING TO BE 8 MONTHS NOW AND I STILL HAVE NO SANDALS. ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK.

      I ordered sandals May 18, 2023. I paid $57.70 for them and I was told they would be here within **** weeks. I've been waiting patiently and I still haven't recieved any type of update on them. The order number is ***** . No issue has tried to be resolved, I requested a refund due to the lack of updates and lack of time but was told no refunds were available. It is now August 24th.
