Sign quit working and company is hard to get ahold of. When they returned my call they said they will help up fix the sign. It's been over 8 months and we can't get a hold of the company. We just want to get the sign fixed and our local sign company has tried to get a hold of them also for technical support and they will not return there calls either. This sign is under warranty and this company is not honoring it. Please helpBusiness response

We immediately contacted the customer to resolve this to their 100% satisfaction. The control card on the sign may have malfunctioned and needed to be reset. The customer had lost the flash drive with the reset file on it and on July 31st we were able to email new reset files. Then it looks like ourcommunication stopped and we mistakenly assumed it worked. We are replacing the control card for the sign today. If there is still any issue we will replace the sign with a brand new sign. We havenever had any issues like this before and will do Anything to make our customer 100% Happy.
