I bought a new cell phone from Victra, ***************************************************************, Invoice # CA066IN32597, from salesman ********** I surrendered my used S9 phone to Val for an $800 trade-in credit promotion offered by ******** Was told our Verzion account, in my spouses name, would be given the Trade-in credit once my working ******* S9 phone was received by ******** In the meantime, our account was charged $868. After a few weeks our ******* account was not credited as promised by Victra. ******* had received my S9 phone. I talked with ******* on the phone and they said Victra needed to submit additional forms. Returned to Victra and *** submitted the needed forms, but said it would take a couple of weeks to process the paper work. After a couple of more weeks still no $800 credit to our ******* account. Given all of the multiple weeks spent waiting I could no longer return the phone due to a 30 day return policy had been exceeded.Having returned to the Victra store multiple times and chatted online with ******* and until recently each party blamed the other for the problem. In mid December 2022, the salesman ***, told my spouse and I in the Victra store that he had misread the Flip 3 promotion dates when I initially purchased the phone due to two different dates on the written promotion. One date was just for the Flip 3 and another date for everything else causing ******* to ignore the rebate form *** submitted. *** said the Victra store would make it right and just needed to talk with his manager. After a few more weeks and no communication from *** or his manager plus no $800 credit to our ******* account we returned to the store and I spoke with the manager, who was in the dark about the whole problem. He said he would get back to in a few days, but it has now been 3 weeks and no response. I talked again with ******* and they said it was up to Victra to make it right, but every month I am paying ******* a payment for the cost of the phone not Victra.
