  On 9/24/2023, my co-worker went to pick up some lunch at ************************************************************************************************* Phone number ************ We ordered 20 pieces of chicken tender, and they charged ** $42.98 which I was shocked, and more shocked when I only found 10 pcs in the bag. I called the store immediately, and the store manager, and left messages on both, but no reply. I checked online and could not find even a price listed for what we ordered. A few days later I went to another location by my house and ordered the same but 10 pcs, and it came out to be ***** plus tax. I left several messages with the store manager and this is the second time I'm writing to you guys about this. Its not the money that I'm worried about, but more the principal of this situation. I was telling my co-workers how wonderful these chicken tenders were and after paying an exorbitant amount of money for 20 pcs of it, and only getting 10 pcs, I could not back up my claim.

  *we apologized to Mr. *** about the mistake that he's claiming that he was missing 10 pieces of chicken tender on his order.

  *also hes comparing prices from other Carl's jr. or cities we don't control tax charge or prices on other locations, franchises or companies 

   1- we apologized to Mr *** and offer him his complete food order with out charge on us Free form  ********* . on his next visit. *********** Respond on email to  us Carls Jr ********* to far from where he lives 

  2- about the prices of our chickens tender are 10 pieces for $21.49 + tax ( we don't have control on other ************************ cities - promotions on other companies) 

  we still apologized to *********** and offered him his food order on us.

  I understand that the price may vary from different franchise.  However, the price is not published on their website, not on their menu at each location.  and from the price he mentioned 20 pc is $32.49., then later emailed me back saying that its $42.98.  And I've visited several locations here in my city which is about 20 miles away, and its $11.99 for 10 pc, which would make it $23.98 for 20 pcs.  It is a 30% price difference within a 20 mile distance.
