On 10/4/2024 I placed an order for three pairs of jeans from Gustin denim *** Approximately a week later I received the items in the mail and they were several sizes too small. I immediately contacted the store regarding the issue and was contacted by **** who told me he would send a return label right away to facilitate the exchange. I have been waiting three days now and after numerous emails have not received a response from **** or anyone else at Gustin to start the exchange process.Initial Complaint

I purchased a pair of jeans from Gustin with a $88 payment processed on Nov 1, 2021 - order# **********. The jeans finally arrived on April 15, 2022. However, they do not fit & the fly is button down instead of zipper which is not what I thought I ordered.Quoting from the weargustin website FAQ:"Can I exchange or return an item after I receive it?Well do our best to facilitate exchanges for unworn (outside of fit purposes in your home), unwashed and unaltered items for a comparable style or store credit. If you have any questions don't hesitate to contact us at ***********************************"I emailed *********************************** on April 25 asking for an exchange for a larger size of jeans with a zip fly. I received an automated response, but no response from a person. I emailed again 11 days later on May 6th. No response at all this time.Customer response

Please close this complaint. Wear Gustin provided a full refund. They notified me via email & also called me on the phone.
